The menu is sophisticated but has a lot of variety so there was something everyone liked. Food was excellent as was the service. Nice atmosphere.

Our Work group went out for dinner last night at Towson Tavern. We had three appetizers: the cauliflower, the calamari, and the crab dip. All three were wonderful. We then had our meals which were a variety of salads and grilled salmon, Aji, tuna, scallops, and the fish of the day, which was a Bronzino. Everyone loved their meals and had big portions. The bartender made mock tails for two of our guests that were wonderful. Fruity and elegant.

Great service, great drinks and delicious food. The Blueberry Old Fashioned was excellent. Sweet but not too sweet. The crab dip was cheesy, creamy and delicious. The crab soup and fried shrimp were excellent.

Food and drinks were wonderful Saturday night. Our server was attentive and cheerful. We parked in the County garage behind the restaurant & Towson Tavern provided us with a validation that gave us free parking!
Had our office holiday party here. Food and service was amazing. Buffet is a great idea to sample a little bit of everything. Will definitely go here again.

Service was great waiter good but the food was definitely not worth the price and the place had the smell of stale beer when you walk in, won't go there again sorry

This restaurant is in a great location, right next to the Recher center. It is larger than it looks from the outside, has cozy banquette seating, and a diverse menu. Server was great, and the restaurant provided a free parking voucher. The only downside was the drinks and food. My husbands drink was flat (not a good sign when champagner is one of the ingredients) and my calamari was truly terrible. I felt sick afterwards. But the maryland crab soup was good, and my husbands burger was delish and cooked perfectly. So it may just be a bad night for the drinks and food we ordered.

Great place to go to grab a bite for a nice date night or a casual meal they have options at price levels from average sit prices to expensive options amazing service waiters are some of the best I have ever had great ambience and mostly quit depends on the bar and how packed the outside street is will definitely be a recurring customer had multiple dishes that seemed different from other places as well as insanely appealing.

This is a great place that feels a little upscale but has a very laid back atmosphere. Our server was awesome, although it was his first night there it seemed as if he had worked there forever. The drinks were fantastic!! The crab dip was very good, but the pita chips that went with it were amazing!!! The lamb shanks entrees was so flavorful and tender! This is a great place for a relaxing night out!!
