Quaint Tavern, bigger than we thought. We went at off hour so very few customers. We had crane dip - yum!! Our server Kelly was great!
Had a very nice Easter brunch with the family. The buffet offered good variety and the service was great.
We tried three apps, cream of crab, crab dip and the surf and turf app. The soup is far too salty for our liking and that's just a personal preference to us. The crab dip and surf and turf app was fantastic. I would go back to try other meals and the staff was very attentive.
First time there and last time. Food came out cold. Restaurant was not crowded so our food should have been prepared correctly. Waiter asked what we want to do with the food like we're going to eat cold food. They brought my steak out with a butter knife like I can really cut into a steak with a butter knife. The drinks were watered down. I had a dry cesar salad. When it was time to pay our bill they notice it was a business card they wanted to talk with us and called us by the name over top of the business name on the card. We will never go back
I enjoyed our time, the Food was scorching hot and very delicious. Me and my lady will come back again for sure.
Our latest Valentine's day experience was not as good as previous meals. The kitchen must have been overwhelmed by the larger than average crowd. I had to remind the server about my salad after my husband had finished his appetizer. I asked for the prime rib to be medium rare, instead to was medium well done. A huge chunk of meat that had no jus or sauce, and potatoes that were dry. You can't really send back a steak that is overdone, and I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for another plate. My dinner was basically a salad (though that was very good)
The food was extraordinarily bad. The truffle soup was straight salt. The oysters were bad enough to tell the server not to recommend them to anyone in the restaurant as they may make someone sick. The crab cake was mostly filling but it was seasoned well. The prime rib was overly salted and over cooked. The hassle back potato was just a baked potato with 3 slices in it and the “broccolini” was actually just undercooked broccoli stalk. Management never popped by to ask about the oysters. To top it off, we were seated by a door that shouldn't have been used but was continually opened much to the chagrin of our entire section since it was freezing outside. The wine list could use a revamp with only a few old world selections. This was likely the worst $180 I've spent in Baltimore.
The food was amazing! Chef Charles came out to greet us! Everything was so delicious and flavorful! Our waiter was the absolute best! He was friendly and attentive!
Always love seeing GM, Sean! He's always inviting & accommodating. We sat at the bar. Matty was the best! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening! *I didn't comment about food, cuz we didn't eat that nite... But the food is awesome as well!
Limited menu this evening for New Year's Eve. Our food was prepared well and tasted good. The crab cake was pretty plain and served without any sauces. Still good, just not very interesting. The filet was cooked perfectly and was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Potatoes were cooked OK but rather plain and again not very interesting. Overall the food did still taste good and the service was great.

Popped in for a cup of soup for lunch. Quick and easy. Polite staff. Not all that busy, but the service was prompt and the soup was delicious.
Very spacious bar and seating area. Clean restroom - tvs behind the bar were a plus as well.

Food was subpar. Ordered the ribeye, it was overly fatty and had no flavor. I ordered medium well and it was red in a lot of places. $48 down the drain. The waiter asked if I wanted a box to take home the left overs and I said no, even though most of the food was practically untouched. You could see that he was surprised with the shocked expression in his eyes (bugged out) yet he didn’t offer to take it off the bill or at least offer to remake or replace it. I guess since his tip was automatically built in, it didn’t matter. Funny thing is, had he taken it off, I would have tipped him the $40+ rather than the auto $12+ he received. That would have been good customer service. I was offered a refill of my drink at the end of the meal, I guess in his defense he probably thought I was still eating since my plate was still full. The mashed potatoes was saturated with the sauce to the point it was the same brown color. I sub Caesar salad for the asparagus and couldn’t even eat that. I’ve never had a dry Caesar salad, mean while my husband’s salad was overly drenched. My husband had a burger, which was just ok as well, but def better than my steak per him. Overall cost was $80+ which included the $12+ auto tip. Unfortunately it was our first and will be our last time here. We wanted to switch it up, go somewhere other than LongHorn or Ruth’s Chris, unfortunately this wasn’t that place. At least with the former I could take home my leftovers because it actually tasted good. I was so disappointed I didn’t even think to take a picture to upload.

Went to two different places and walked out quickly before we found this place on google. I have no idea why it's not higher rated. Just ate here on 10/11/24 and it could not have been a better experience. Towson does not have a great selection of genuinely good restaurants, but this is definetely the exception. We tried to sit at the bar when we first walked in, but there were no seats available. So we went to the hostess to get a table and as she was seating us, the bartender came around the bar and said he noticed we were looking for a seat at the bar and if we wanted to hang out for a couple of minutes there was a few people that were going to be leaving. He did not have to do that. This is great service! Somebody who cares about their customer. We had a fantastic dining experience. This is the place you want to go to if you're looking for a good solid restaurant experience in Towson.
