Ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla with my smoothie ...I was told it was extra $$$ for extra black beans, just for them to forget to put any black beans at all. My order felt rushed and my food wasn't good!

I ordered online, a pair and save for a chipotle chicken club and a mai tai smoothie. They only gave my dasher the smoothie and I had to call a total of 5 times, one of which I hung up in immediately. When I finally got connected the owner was unapologetic and once I told him I was unable to pick it up he proceeded to say “Maybe tomorrow”. Highly unprofessional and just all around rude. They do not have to worry about me coming back ever.

I asked for no meat in my wrap and I see it in there.
I call to ask if I can change it out and was told “don’t be rude”
Sorry? What? I was pointing out there’s meat in something I didn’t want meat in and asked if I could come back and replace it.
I came back and got my replacement but still not happy with the service. Not my fault that the chicken here really messes with my stomach.

Order a smoothie and acai bowl for delivery while attending an all day event at Goucher College. Received no spoon and no straw. Ok to drink, but can't eat the acai bowl. Managers says they won't refund me for the acai bowl. Um! Time to call Corporate.

A lot of the employees are amazing here I have always gone here however the rudeness and service I just got don’t know her name ( but she is wearing the only pick shirt tonight at the food station) is extremely rude and giving nasty looks to your customers and other employees to a point in which one of the other employees apologized to me on her behalf. Now I will be inconvenienced but refuse to be treated that way im so polite and always smiling that was totally not acceptable and I don’t even know why she was so mad

I use to OD on Tropical Smoothie but I had to cutback because I had to spread the love to other establishments and plus I'd ordered about everything on the menu. I recently discovered the fruit bowls and I started my habit again. However, this will be the last time I order another thing from the Tropical Smoothie in Towson. Twice in a span of 3 days my order slipped past them for some reason. I entered the store close to 5:30 and was the 2nd person in lineage noone behind me. Maybe 5 mins later more people come in and then it's a little busy but not crowded. The folks that were in front of me recieved their order and then the people behind me, then the people behind the people behind them and the people behind them. I go tonthe counter because EVERYONE that was behind me are now gone. I go to the counter and I'm asked if I can helped and I show them the receipt. Their jaws drop!! I'd gone to the gym to kill time from after my dentist appointment because I couldn't eat for an hour. I was too hungry to walkout or be mad so I took my order and left without causing a scene.

This is the worst trop smoothie in the area. They always seem to be out of one item or another. Service is slow at times and you have to go to the counter to get your pickup order. Misprepared items with addons more than other stores. Then they will forget your smoothies and make multiple orders ahead of you.And sometimes all of those things happen like it did for me today. I won't be coming back to this trop again, id rather go farther up the road

The best tropical smoothie there is. I swear 2 god…. Best sandwiches, best smoothies. Shidd even the cookies be hittin different. The girl who makes the sandwiches knows wassup

Tried this location again on break. They just really arent good at making smoothies SMOOTH...you think you're going to bite into a fruit piece and it's just ice on ice on ice. I definitely dont think they are mixing well because I cant even get ingredients to come up the straw even though at this point I've let the smoothy melt to try to get rid of the ice! The staff doesn't great you. I stood at the pick up a few minutes and no one said anything..just continued to take other orders. Id go out of my way to Catonsville location...literally the only consistent Tropical Smoothie (even whn staff changes)...maybe it's the equipment.??‍♀️
