Great experience. App was having technical difficulties and the employees at the Towson location made sure to make it right for me and tell me how to make it easier for myself in the future. Food was amazing as always. Definitely recommend!!

Staff refused to fulfill my pick-up order--

I redeemed a free smoothie via the app and set it for pick up at this location. I have proof that I ordered it at the correct location--confirmation number, screenshots of the app, and the app says I redeemed my reward for the week.

Upon pick-up, staff was adamant that they didn't receive the order in their system, so they can't give it to me. They did not provide any alternative solution, such as contacting Customer Service, looking up the Confirmation number, or anything else that would help make up the fact that I've waited longer than an hour trying to get this fixed.

I got the açaí berry blast, typically I get the Jetty punch and no matter what it’s always BANGING. The berry blast was refreshing and the right amount of sweetness I needed as a student athlete after a hard workout. Blessings that it’s so close to campus too!

I LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE! I have an amazing experience here, the smoothies hit every single time without fail. And the food??? FIVE BIG BOOMS and the restaurant is so chill and everyone is so nice. Amazingly close to Towson's campus and I love that!

Ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla with my smoothie ...I was told it was extra $$$ for extra black beans, just for them to forget to put any black beans at all. My order felt rushed and my food wasn't good!

I ordered online, a pair and save for a chipotle chicken club and a mai tai smoothie. They only gave my dasher the smoothie and I had to call a total of 5 times, one of which I hung up in immediately. When I finally got connected the owner was unapologetic and once I told him I was unable to pick it up he proceeded to say “Maybe tomorrow”. Highly unprofessional and just all around rude. They do not have to worry about me coming back ever.

I asked for no meat in my wrap and I see it in there.
I call to ask if I can change it out and was told “don’t be rude”
Sorry? What? I was pointing out there’s meat in something I didn’t want meat in and asked if I could come back and replace it.
I came back and got my replacement but still not happy with the service. Not my fault that the chicken here really messes with my stomach.

Highly disappointed. Ordered a chipotle chicken club however received a sandwich with no bacon on it. Please check your food before leaving.
