Dear Tropical Smoothie Management,

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent visit to your location on January 14, 2026, around 8:25 PM. I stopped in to order a smoothie, but unfortunately, I was left waiting at the counter for over five minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff.

While I understand that cleaning and maintenance are important tasks, it was disheartening not to be greeted or helped while others (Female and Male workers) were attending to their responsibilities. Additionally, the volume of the music made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere.

Due to this disappointing experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Tropical Smoothie in the future.

The service here was terrible. The workers have a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude towards customers. The smoothies taste like disgusting freezer burnt fruit. I will never come here again.

Great experience. App was having technical difficulties and the employees at the Towson location made sure to make it right for me and tell me how to make it easier for myself in the future. Food was amazing as always. Definitely recommend!!

Staff refused to fulfill my pick-up order--

I redeemed a free smoothie via the app and set it for pick up at this location. I have proof that I ordered it at the correct location--confirmation number, screenshots of the app, and the app says I redeemed my reward for the week.

Upon pick-up, staff was adamant that they didn't receive the order in their system, so they can't give it to me. They did not provide any alternative solution, such as contacting Customer Service, looking up the Confirmation number, or anything else that would help make up the fact that I've waited longer than an hour trying to get this fixed.
