I got food poisoning

Vegetarian options: I had a special order, and they messed it up. I asked for no cheese on fries and no bacon on the pickle pizza. The pizza had bacon bits everywhere!

Dietary restrictions: I am a vegetarian!!! My spouse has a cheese allergy.

Parking: I will never eat here again!

Waitress forgot our order. Took them an hour to get us two plates. Seats are uncomfy. Food is very over priced for the quality of food. Only positive thing was a 20% discount for the absurd wait time.

Some of my favorite pizza from the Baltimore area. They have a whole vegan menu that’s amazing. They get it right every time. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Not much to the atmosphere, mostly a carry out spot. Online ordering is easy and not too long of a wait when you pre-order. Take advantage of the specials, always a good deal

Be prepared to wait every time. In person for pickup, orders are usually ready at least 15-20 minutes after order is projected to be ready. My last delivery order, I waited over 2 hours. The food is delicious (if they don’t burn it that time), just mentally prepare for the wait and make sure it’s worth the mental energy for you.

My fiancé and I was so excited to come and visit. We seen a review on TikTok. We was greeted about 2 min after we came in. We purchased a small pepperoni pizza w/ bacon, cheesesteak sliders and mozzarella sticks. The price and the food doesn’t match. Why is extra toppings $4? Our bacon on our pizza wasn’t cook all the way. The sliders wasn’t taste at all. The mozzarella sticks were my favorite. We spent $56 on this. Not happy, probably won’t be back.

First off, took forever for our food even though we were the only people in there. No music. Dead silence. Tv wasn't turned on and to make matters worse, I saw a roach. If there are roaches in the dining room, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Will never come back or order from them again

EDIT: Since I cannot reply to your comments, I'll just edit this.
You can say you inspected, you can say you get surprise inspections. But the truth of that matter is I know what I saw, and I saw a roach. If you'd like to go back to my google review history, I've never made outlandish remarks on anywhere. I rarely review anything but people have a right to know what I saw. I've ordered many times off of doordash from this location. The only good thing that came out of my visit was to know never to order from there again

EDIT AGAIN: I got a report of your last inspection and they said they saw a dead roach and mouse droppings so please don't lie.

Let me start off by stating that I’ve been to many UGP’s, especially the one in Downtown Baltimore. The Towson location is the worst by far. This location doesn’t have enough staff to accommodate the fluctuation of people in this area. The wait time is an 1hr minimum, no matter what’s being ordered due to their’s ONLY employee in the kitchen. The second employee is bussin tables, taking dine in orders, serving, addressing carry out orders, Uber Eats, DoorDash, & the general public. The food is a hit or miss. They offer no accommodations or incentives for their quality of service but will still charge you full price. I don’t blame the staff they were apologetic for the inconvenience and had no control over the amount of individuals staffed, I guess a total of TWO employees were enough for rush hour between 2pm-6pm on a Saturday. Overall this created a negative experience for the amount of money my family and I spend at this establishment. This is the second time my family and me have experienced this, believing that maybe the 1st time was an anomaly. Corporate needs to reconsider how the Towson location is being ran and how it could be better managed. If this franchise are capitalists who only cares about a dollar then I don’t suspect much change from it other than my family & I lack of contribution.
