There were just two people running the entire thing by themselves when I went yesterday morning, but they were so sweet and apologized for the wait time (which wasn't even that long). I ended up coming back with cash so I could give them a tip

We dropped in to this Dunkin on our way to a dance competition on Friday morning. They were the fastest Dunkin I have every been to! The food was fresh and correct! Looking from the drive thru window it appeared to be very clean inside. The workers were very friendly as well! We left highly satisfied! Thanks Dunkin for starting us off right!

I arrived at this location and ordered at the kiosk. There was only one person working there. After I paid, she told me the toasters were down. I asked for a refund and she said she didn't have the ability to. She kindly offered donuts. I didn't want donuts and declined. I completely understand that not all the employees can do refunds but then I asked for the manager's number and she said she didn't have it. What kind of store has one person who doesn't have any contacts for their employee? That is unacceptable. I was so angry for that poor girl. I'm expecting a call tomorrow Saturday April 12, 2025. If I don't get a call/answer, I am wringing another bad review.

Inappropriate behavior by the staff, barking or saying No when ordering. Then they are never open for anything other than drinks. I have been there 4 times between 4 and 7 pm to try to get a bagel and every time they are “cleaning” the ovens. We will not be returning.

It's a Dunkin, but this one seems to always mess up my order. Something is usually missing. They also have Nitro Cold Brew which they never make right; should not be on ice and should not be with a straw. (I'm a bit of a Cold Brew snob).

I went Saturday 17:49 and the guy started speaking and barking like a dog at the drive thru against me and he was laughing. I asked him do you think is funny to do like that at customers then I left really bad behavior. I will tell everybody that I know to not go over there these things shouldn’t happen bx people after work just want a coffee but when they go to drive theu this happens. Disrespect and bad behavior. There was a black guy and white girl working that day.
I like thare is a Dunkin not far from me for a small store it's not bad I give 5 stars to all but the only thing they just need to work on is service and getting orders right. I stopped thare one morning for breakfast before going to do snow removal the Gentlemen running the drive thu did ok he was nice Respectful and did get my order right. The one time I went there long ago they did mess up my order of donuts I mean come on its Donuts. But it seems thare getting a little better.

I said frappe she said hot or cold I said yes. Because I couldn't hear her got hot coffee. When I told the dark haired girl with glasses she said I said hot you said yes. She talked to me like a rude child rolling her eyes. I am an adult learn some manners rude girl!

Is it just me or have all the dunkins up their prices and lost the QUALITY of the products their putting out?! It's pretty sad when we're paying 6 bucks for a cup of coffee and it ends up being 95% milk. I should have just gone to the store and bought a gallon! Unfortunately, I guess that's just the world we live in today. High cost no quality. No more six dollar cups of milk for me!
