They didn't make my drinks correctly. Tried to get them to remake them, they declined. Good staff, they probably didn't know how to make the coolatas right.

Ran out of original coffee and without asking filled the rest with decaf. Told them no decaf and they were not in the nicest mood and when I suggested the dark, they informed that it was very strong. Seems to me had they added the dark to the regular it would have been better than decaf. When they did fill the dark it was lukewarm and had no quams serving it that way.

Service is consistently slow with long waits, and my drinks are frequently made wrong even hot ones arrived cold. They were out of basic items like butter, and the overall experience clearly reflects poor management.

AVOIDING THIS LOCATION SINCE 10/9/2025!!!
Below is my last experience on 10/9/2025

Absolutely awful experience today around 12:10pm. Waiting in drive through for 10 minutes and was still NOT able to get 25 count of chocolate munchkins for my autistic son, ordered them and couldn't even get to the window to pay and pick it up because there were 3 cars still waiting before me. I left the line and called them to tell them I left because of the long wait, the lady who answered was quite rude telling me there is no manager working and only 1 person working and thats why there is a wait and she hung up on me.
I have so many problems with this and questions but they will never get answers. DO BETTER!!! Improve customer service, staffing, and not open with only 1 person working!!! I hope CORPORATE sees this and corrects things!!!

When I walked In To learn that the Box of coffee I ordered on line was not ready and that it would not be because there were no Boxes to fill!!! What … who does your ordering ? Inventory??? But I must say the young man behind the counter stepped up and apologized 10 times he made things right by giving us 6 cups of coffee. It was a disaster for our wedding party, but honestly, this young man’s kindness and respect made me smile. His parents should be proud ..medium build dark hair, curly maybe Shawn or Aaron ?? I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but kudos to him… October 11 10:00am

the only thing they’re consistent in is giving people the wrong order. every time i go i get the wrong thing. usually i dismiss it but i ordered a cold brew like i typically do because im allergic to their regular coffee and they gave me the regular coffee and i went anaphylactic. shout out to that employee! make sure you hire people who can read the labels

Have gone here many times and they always do the bagels wrong. They they burn the bagels and they put a tub of cream cheese on a single bagel. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered a head. Got a sandwich instead of my bagel which happens on the regular. I went inside to hand them the incorrect sandwich. There was no response as they took the bag and turned around and walked away. I told them that I ordered and everything bagel with cream cheese and still nothing. I finally asked is anyone back there going to make the bagel and then a guy from the back came around because the young non-customer service oriented person at the front counter stood there and didn't say anything as he looked like it was an inconvenience. I finally got the bagel that they toasted with the cream cheese on it and the bagel was completely soggy with melted cream cheese that was like milk. Would highly recommend to stay away.

There were just two people running the entire thing by themselves when I went yesterday morning, but they were so sweet and apologized for the wait time (which wasn't even that long). I ended up coming back with cash so I could give them a tip

We dropped in to this Dunkin on our way to a dance competition on Friday morning. They were the fastest Dunkin I have every been to! The food was fresh and correct! Looking from the drive thru window it appeared to be very clean inside. The workers were very friendly as well! We left highly satisfied! Thanks Dunkin for starting us off right!

I arrived at this location and ordered at the kiosk. There was only one person working there. After I paid, she told me the toasters were down. I asked for a refund and she said she didn't have the ability to. She kindly offered donuts. I didn't want donuts and declined. I completely understand that not all the employees can do refunds but then I asked for the manager's number and she said she didn't have it. What kind of store has one person who doesn't have any contacts for their employee? That is unacceptable. I was so angry for that poor girl. I'm expecting a call tomorrow Saturday April 12, 2025. If I don't get a call/answer, I am wringing another bad review.
