I love Edward's seafood. I've been going there forever. Today I was a bit perturbed because the crabs were awful. I called to let them know. I was totally unsatisfied with the crabs, but Donnie made it better. He listened to my complaint, and tried to make it right. Donnie thank you very much for your great customer service.

I love Edwards Crabs, I don't go nowhere but here, for the last 10yrs, friendly, they know when I call, and they will tell you the truth, where they get them from and which one the sweetest, heaviest, between male or female, love the crab legs, shrimp,( don't care for jumbo lil soggy) other then that everything's are greaaaaat?????
