The cheeseburger was delicious. My only criticism is that it was too thick and hard to eat. The onion rings were big and crispy. The fries were perfectly cooked with a nice touch of seasoning.

Dog friendly on a back screened in porch. Poison Ivy growing up thru floor slats. Bartender was server and was really nice and attentive. Hamburger would have been pretty good but the bun was cold. Fries good.

After 1000 drivebys, I finally decided to check out Hammers and see if the burgers were as good as I've heard.
Short answer...YES. candied bacon and cheddar burger. Felt like probably a 10 oz. Juicy burger, piled impossibly high. Absolutely delicious. Also tried the cheesy crab balls as an app.
Highly recommend a night here with friends, good beer, and amazing food. Linda, the bar tender, rocked as well!

The apps were good but the burgers although very thick didn't have much flavor and was so thick with the cheese and toppings that I had to use a fork and knife to cut parts up, minus the bun, to make them edible. If they had more flavor/seasoning they'd be 5 star but they just tasted like bland burger with cheese.
do not get guacomole tasted like bathroom cleaner. food really greasy. burnt chicken cheesesteak. do not get quesadilla either.

We arrived to only a handful of people in the place so I'm unsure as to why it took SO long for our food. I ordered a crab cake dinner. The crabcake was dry and burnt and the vegetable side was weird and had no flavor. What a waste of $$, completely disappointed ?

Service took forever, food was literally all burnt, from the pita for the crab dip, to the roasted veggies, to the crab cakes. Maybe it’s an off night? Either way probably will try some place else next time.

I come here at Least twice a month to play poker with the gang. The food is always on point and the best part is our server Kelly, who is the absolute best server I’ve had in a long time! Great job Hammers and GREAT job Kelly…give this girl a whole raise!!
