This place does not appear to exist. There is a parking lot with many school buses but no “Frozen Cow.” Then I looked at the reviews again and noticed that they are all written by members of the same family. Hmmmm

We stopped by this past weekend. We got a soft swirl and a vanilla milkshake. Really good and the girls were super nice. Glad to have them for my weekend runs from Galena to Middletown.
The frozen cow’s soft serve is so good! I can’t wait to try their sundaes. The ladies working were super nice! Awesome business support local 😊😊

The soft serve was so amazing that it picture-perfect swirl didn’t even survive the 10 ft to the car. The soft serve is by far the most amazing soft serve I have ever had in the US. My wife, typically is put-off by the sweetness of soft-serves, agreed that the sweetness and creaminess was perfectly balanced. No iciness, no wateriness, just creamy rich soft serve.

We were wanting ice cream but not the normal chain places that Middletown has. We stopped in to give them a try. We love to help the small businesses. I got the peanut butter brownie sundae and oh my goodness...... it was the BEST!!!!! Please have it as a normal menu item. My husband had the strawberry sundae, it was really yummy!! We will definitely be back again!!
