I usually stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts location for breakfast, but after several visits, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. Every time I order the sausage, egg, and cheese with bacon on a croissant, they never have any type of jelly no grape, no strawberry, nothing. It’s disappointing that something so simple is consistently unavailable.
To make matters worse, the last two times I visited, my croissant was hard, burnt, and inedible. When I tried to address it, the managers on duty were extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Their attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable.
I take pride in supporting businesses that value their customers, but this Dunkin’ has proven time and time again that they do not. I strongly encourage other paying customers to take their business elsewhere until this location improves its food quality and management

Today, 10/16/25, I pulled up to the drive through about 6:05am and was informed they had no hot regular coffee. YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT: A DUNKIN DONUTS DID NOT HAVE CAFFEINATED COFFEE AT 6AM ON A WORK DAY.

I ordered matcha, said a little ice. Guess what? A lot of ice. My friend ordered a large matcha; they made a small one. We said we ordered large. Did they change it? Yes, but they added ice, nothing else.

man oh man, normally i get great service here. But ystrdy, Wed, 10.8.25 about 1pm, this younger black male, maybe 25, waited on me and he was absolutely awful. he was friendly but awful at collecting and boxing the dozen donuts. the dozen in the box is normally 4 across, 3 down, he squeezed 4 down, dropped two of the donuts on their tops, thankfully in the box, and after all 12 were in the box, of course there was this gap of empty space on one side. so he counted the donuts twice trying to figure out why there was all this extra space in the box. then hes trying to close it and couldnt. my patience waned by this point and i politely reached for and closed the box and headed out. i normally leave a 5-10 dollar tip depending on the service, bcuz as i said, i normally get great service from the grungiest but nicest employees. But what was worse i get home and all but two of the donuts were hard, like day old hard. if my old man didnt have the car i woulda taken that dozen back for a refund. im gonna stick with the Cooksville location for my creme-filled donut fix from now on. im not mad, im surprised and disappointed. ive gotten fresh donuts from this location at midday before but this was the first time they were in day old condition. especially for $17.49! Never again.

These people are awesome! Don't think that every Dunkin' is the same because staff can either make or break the store's reputation. Here the staff is amazing! Twice in less than 3 weeks we had top notch service: once they ran out of an item and offered to replace it with another item but the bag actually had in it the replacement and an apple pie. The second time - wow! My husband forgot to add cream to his coffee at one Dunkin' and when we stopped at this Dunkin, they offered to give us cream to go instead of ordering another iced coffee with cream! We will definitely go out of our way to give this Dunkin' ! Thank you so much!!

Stopped here to use the restroom. The toilet seat was broken and severely needs to be replaced. The cleanliness was poor but not the worst I’ve seen.
The coffee was ok but we had to wait awhile for the coffee As the drive through was packed.

I went in to order for a person with a severe pork allergy. Ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese. Waited 15 minutes. Got the wrong drinks and gave her regular sausage and she had a reaction. Then they had the nerve to look at me like I was the problem.

Had to pull around to the front to wait for my order. 7 minutes or so later I had to walk in and get it myself. Tried to give me someone else's order. Got 2 of the drinks wrong and did not give me the 2 donuts. The croissant was overcooked. Employees were pleasant but seem overwhelmed.

This place is run poorly. Out of iced tea at 6pm and they close at 8pm (make some!), I place online orders (iced tea, snackin bacon) and arrive about 5 mins AFTER it should be ready and still have to wait 5+ mins and I am the only person inside. Staff who dont know how to ring up a large unsweetened iced tea, or scan my app for points, or tell you they are out of a donut that is sitting right on the rack. Sour attitudes from the young staff. Now, there are SOME really good staff who make it worth coming back (wish I got their names - both tall African-American young men about 25ish). They at least smile and seem to work fast! Funny thing is the group that owns this Dunkin owns a few more in the area and ALL are AWFUL. Must be the ownership 🤷♀️. I wish they would get their act together.

The cashier was eating with his fingers a muffin and then drop the muffin on the floor and took my order. The order took a long time and when I finally got a multigrain bagel with cream cheese, there was hardly any cream cheese on it. Just a bad experience.
