Most employees are friendly. Half are always friendly. There are employees that you can tell are just there for paycheck. 99% of the time order is quick and right. It’s easier to get your correct order doing mobile

Usually everything I order is what I get at the pickup window, and generally the workers are polite with the exception of a certain cashier. If I order a #3 I get a #8. If I order my coffee with sugar and creamer it'll be black. It is consistently wrong when this person takes my order. They hand you the food and walk off, if you tell them your order is wrong they will disagree without checking.

I always do online orders with drive thru pick up and they always forget the extra condiments that are on the order. Not to mention the fact that they only put on set of utensils in a mobile order bag that has 3 orders of pancakes in it.

I've only been inside of this restaurant once. I use the drive thru 99.9% of the time. Most of the employees are nice and provide good customer service. You always have 1 or 2 who are hating the world no matter where you go. I just started going back to this McDonald's after a long hiatus secondary to their food looking and tasting sub-par. I went to this McDonald's for the first time in ages last week, simply due to convenience. The food was so much better than it used to be! I've gone again twice since then and the food continues to taste as McDonald's food should.
