I lived in Nicaragua for two years and I’ve been looking for Nicaraguan food ever since. The gallo pinto, tostones, refrescos, and charrasco de res were like being back there.
I went three times over a 4 span while in the dc area. So good and I’ll be back next time.

The carne asada was pretty decent. Soft, not chewy. The one that really shocked me was the nacatamale.. that one was actually PERFECT! I would absolutely recommend getting nacatamales from here.
