Authentic family-owned Taco Truck is the bomb! I've had my share of taco from living and visiting all over the country, so I know a thing or two. I was in McMinnville to visit family and wanted to try this place. We had dinner. I had 2 tacos Al Pastor (my go-to at everywhere I visit) that we're as delicious as anywhere else I've been. At $1.95 each you can't beat the price! I also had a fish taco that was great. It was a little different style than I'm used to, but still worthy of 5 stars. My mom tried a Tripe taco at the suggestion of the owner. She was a little hesitant, but said it was really good. She also enjoyed a fish taco. The radish slices on the side are a nice authentic touch, as is the different home made salsas. We tried mild (green) "regular" hot (red) and "very hot" (orange) and I liked all three... my mom only likes mild. I didn't get any pictures because I scarfed them up so quickly. You owe it to yourself to try this place and get ready for an adventure to Flavor Town! Plus, you are support a family owned business when you eat here.

Great tacos, more than your average chicken, beef and fish tacos. They also have tripe and beef tongue for those adventurous eaters like myself. Tastes great!

We decided to try this little divey place next to my favorite place. Very authentic looking when it comes to decorating. They had some music videos playing on a small TV in the corner. Now here's why they received 4 instead of 5 stars. The guy taking our order seemed extremely annoyed with us being there. Basically rolled his eye every time we ordered an item. They bring your food to the table. It's served on a styrofoam plate with some wrapped plastic ware. I got 2 tacos. 1 steak and one chorizo. The flavor was on point. Shells we very authentic with a good flavor. It was a combo platter so I got a small scoop of rice and beans. The rice was dry but had amazing flavor. The beans well they were beans. I ordered a side of guacamole. Probably one of the best I've had. I brought the extras home. Jenna had 2 tacos also. She had barbacoa and chicken. The chicken was really good. Remember to put a little lime on it. She also got carne asada fries. Wow! Huge portion with exceptional flavor. This place is a must. Even the crabby employee couldn't ruin the food.

Food is really good. Have been here twice and definitely will come back again to get authentic Mexican here. Very clean establishment, prices reasonable and good food.

Ok, after a few bites, this may be the new taco spot near Fridley, MN for me. This one's a little more homegrown and the tacos are delicious! I'll absolutley be back! I had carne and pollo, while my boo there had barcacoa and al pastor... (I think that's right.) Lol. Only 5hing missing is their liqour license!

Chicken tacos are the best the boy has ever had. His words and he's a taco fanatic. The steak tacos were also good. The restaurant is in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. The tacos are the real deal. For vegetarians hey have cactus and rice and beans tacos. It's no frills but excellent tacos.

Food from here is delicious and it always comes hot, ready to eat. They give you alot of food, enough to share with 2-3 people

Food is made well and tasty. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants that serve bland food, but El Paraiso is not one of them. Try their bistec encebollado or their desayuno typico. I like their enchiladas myself. Also, have a Tamarindo drink...sweet.

I love good Mexican but have really been struggling to find a place that is really good. Checked on Yelp for help. This place did not disappoint! I had the steak Alambres and the rice and bean side dish. Did not like the rice and beans (really just ordered them to try) because they were not spiced. I LOVED the steak Alambres. Very tender, amazing flavor and very delicious. A sprinkle of salt and a tiny bit of the green sauce made it perfect. I will definitely go here again. My favorite Mexican restaurant I have found. Beats out the more expensive sit down and order restaurants by far. Next time I want to try the tacos. Mmmmmmm.

These are some of the best tacos around her used to eat at the food truck and I was so sad when I didn't see it over there anymore. They do make vegetarian tacos which is beautiful the only thing that's a little disappointing as they never have the jalapeño and cheese tamales they should probably take them off the menu but other than that they are so kind so nice and the food is always delicious. I have decided to change their rating. One of the things that can be most frustrating is when you close but your door says 9. Google says 8:30. It's 8:16. This is the 2nd time. At least make your doors the correct time. Or post a sign that says winter hours. It's a big turn off. Or I suppose you don't care anymore because your business has grown so much being in this space.

Hands down best taco place in the area. Everything I've tried has been great. Authentic Mexican tacos. The place is clean and the people who run the place are very friendly.

I am from Houston Texas and I spent a lot of time in Mexico. The food here brought me back to my childhood. It's a hole in the wall but the ambiance feels like home. The staff was absolutely kind and very nice. The food was amazing and the salsas were to die for. The prices were on par with what we expected. It has been difficult to find delicious authentic Mexican food but this place exceeded my expectations. It was all absolutely phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back for more.
