We just opened our ice cream shop a few days ago (and we serve Hershey’s Ice Cream, of course!) and have received so many positive comments and reviews - both in-store and online - about the the taste, quality and variety. Very happy with this product! Only complaint is we’re going through it too fast 🤣

Asked for a small cone with a small scoop of ice cream for my toddler, came out to $12 or so. I was shocked by the price but paid anyway because I doubted the employee had any control over the pricing.
Not sure how this pricing is sustainable. Also, reading a former employee’s account of roaches all over the cones and counter is truly disturbing.

The menu had a hand dipped cone for $3.59 so I ordered two and the woman says that will be $21.57. What??? She says that price was for just the cone, no ice cream. That cannot be right. I should have walked away and not paid. She had to have been wrong. Who would have a cone with no ice cream on their menu at an ice cream place??? I want my money back.

DON'T purchase anything here. They water down the shakes with a LOT of ice (water ice, not ice-cream) This business is a scam overall. Overpriced and worst shakes I've ever had in my life.

I get an AMAZING shake, full to the top, and then some from the place in Chalmette, LA.
Went to the Broussard location twice now... 16oz in the 24oz cup. Twice = over $5 they got me for.
Won't happen again though!

DONT GO HERE. I was an employee here for 6 months and more. the food is literally a health hazard. owner is a liar and literally does not care about the roach infestation inside his store. the cones that you eat have roaches that crawled over them. we always found cockroaches dead on the countertops. the backroom is absolutely unsanitary no matter how much we clean. the ice cream scoopers are old and are literally falling apart. the reason the prices are so high is because the owner told his employees to over charge ON PURPOSE, or else he threatened to not pay us. it hurt seeing a single father being charged $50 to feed his daughters some icecream. you’re getting scammed if you eat here. he lied to customers about the ingredients. he accused SEVERAL employees of stealing money when he didn’t have ANY valid proof. he always took money from the register to use for himself. if you are reading this and are currently an employee, please seek another job. he will accuse you of many things and gaslight. make better use of your money, and do not support this business.
