My daughter and I had an incredible dining experience at Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar, all thanks to our amazing waitress, Joanne! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious energy that set the tone for the whole meal. Her patience was remarkable, especially when we had a few questions about the menu, and she offered insightful, accurate recommendations that truly made our meal memorable. Not only was she knowledgeable about the dishes, but her sense of humor made the experience so much fun! She was so personable, treating us like old friends rather than just customers. On top of that, her level of customer service was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing, and always checking in at the right moments. We truly appreciated the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism she brought to the table, and it really elevated our time at Hook & Reel. My daughter and I will definitely be returning, and we’ll be hoping to see her again!

Joey was our server and SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Sit in her section she is so much fun and the food was amazing! So fun and we had an amazing experience. If I could give more stars I would!!!

Adrianna showed exemplary customer service and communicative skills. She provided a very welcoming and hospitable environment for our party this evening. and The food was phenomenal and came out quickly. Will be coming here again if I could give more stars I would.
