Service was good but the food was so bland, no seasoning at all. My son first said his Ramen had no taste, which was exactly what I was thinking with my Ramen. Then my wife said the sauce in her crab, shrimp and clam bag was just water, not even a hint of salt. Maybe they ran out of seasoning tonight, who knows.

I didn’t like the food at all it wasn’t good the potatoes were hard and cold and if I could give it 0 stars I would because it was horrible and also the Raman soup was so horrible felt like it was just heated up and served to us and for the Price and amount of food they give us not worth it never going back if I had a chance.!!

Wheaton location??♀️ i ordered take-out and left a tip to the girl at register(being kind). I got home and you can clearly see the “chef” didn’t care, my food was so bland. I mean absolutely NO TASTE! I called the restaurant back(not even complaining) I only wanted what I ordered. The manger tried to get combative with me, as if I was wrong. She kept asking “what do you want me to do about it”. As a regular, what I wanted was for the MANAGER to treat me better and offer a resolution. I eventually brought the food back (driving 20mins) I don’t think I would drive 20mins for something I spent over $50 for, for a refund. I could have easily disputed the transaction with my bank if I wanted all that. Well, I went back to the restaurant and asked that my order be fixed. I told the manger that I had been there several times. She somehow looked up my pass orders using my debit card and told me what I ordered previously was not what I ordered then. Girl huh? Like I stated, I left a tip and when I went back there. I ended up buying more crawfish. I would NEVER go back there, and I was a faithful customer. I was one of their first customers when they opened. Nope! Never again.

Since moving to the area, I've enjoyed the seafood boil, wings, and drinks at this place. However, the flavor of the seafood boil recently changed, and it's just decent now. Because of this, I haven't been frequenting this restaurant as much. Tonight, I decided to give their new menu item, Kinya Ramen, a try. Unfortunately, it wasn't good. The broth was watery, and there weren't any sauce options available. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she seemed offended that I didn't enjoy the meal. Despite their policy of no refunds for noodles, which I was okay with, I paid and left and went to a specialized Ramen Bar. On a positive note, the employees are great, providing excellent customer service, and the establishment is always clean.
Much Better than the Gaithersburg location. We been going to hook & reel in Gaithersburg for 2 years and this was our 1st time at this location. Everything was 10x better. Only downside is this is a 35 min drive when the other location was only 10 min away. Let’s just say We won’t be going back to Gaithersburg again!! Everything here was Amazing!!!
