I've only been once to this location and only ordered a chicken sandwich which was magnificent 🤤. We have fined in another location out in California on our first time and really enjoyed it. The staff here is very pleasant, friendly, and professional.

Chicken was good but needed seasoning. Spaghetti was not my fav and the fries were undercooked.

Jollibee's spicy fried chicken has dethroned Popeye's as my Chain King of Spicy Fried Chicken. As an avid light meat consumer, I don't even mind that they only serve dark meat. Gravy is super tasty. Worth stopping by whenever we make the hike out to the area. Go get you some Filipino fried chicken, fool! Try the spicy!

The food was super fast, and the cashier was very pleasant, I informed her it was my first time and she helped me order, however I ended up spending a little over 50 dollars, they forgot my burger and tbh the food was just eh....at best. A little overrated.

Chicken excellent, spicy Means spicy here. Sides were weak - Adobo rice was bland and pasty. Biscuit was very good. Potatoes were clumpy, from drying out and being mixed.

Food was crazy good (not sure if it was because we were the first ones there 😭) drinks are self-serve and refillable (I think) but the employees give you the cups when you finish ordering. service was good, I'm pretty sure it gets busier later in the day though. Recommend the chicken-burger (if that's what it was called), spaghetti. Peach Mango pie and of course, the Chicken Joy!!

Always great food. Gets very busy so it's best to order ahead. I wish there were more locations, honestly. Anybody wanna partner up and get a franchise together? Lol

Ordered in-store for takeout around lunchtime today 10/14/25. I got a bunch of items — 2 buckets of chicken, palabok, fries, and a burger (my average order every visit is around $60+).
When I got home, I found out that the Aloha Burger I ordered for my husband was missing. Instead, we got a K-BBQ Chicken Sandwich. I usually let small mistakes like this slide, but this isn’t the first time something was wrong or missing from my order. There were times when I asked for half-and-half chicken but got all original, and one time I was missing fries, pies, and gravy!
I went back around 5:20 PM with the wrong item and showed my receipt to the person at the counter, explaining what happened. He didn’t say a single word — just looked at me blankly, turned to the kitchen, and (I guess) told them to make an Aloha Burger. Then he threw the wrong sandwich in the trash rather aggressively. Still, no apology, no “we’ll fix that for you,” nothing. When the new sandwich was ready, he handed it to me without saying a word again. I honestly felt like I was a bother.
I work in the food industry too, and that’s not how you treat a customer. He was really rude. I’m Filipino as well, and we’re known for our good hospitality — but unfortunately, this location has some really rude employees.
What a shame i didn’t get his name. But his hair has some blond highlights.

My family and I visited this location after a football game in Baltimore, we were satisfied with the food and the service was great. Special mention to the the filipina staff who took our order, she was so nice and very hospitable (which Filipinos are known for) We'll be back on this location ! :)

I am taking this time to write this review while waiting outside for an order that I placed online. For context, I placed my order at 8:00PM on a Saturday. I was around the area so I ordered through the app hoping that when I pass by, I can just pick up my order. Turned out, it was a busy day and there’s an hour wait. I went inside, there were three people in line so I said I will just cancel my order. I was told I can cancel online so I went back to my car only to find out there was no option to cancel. So I went back inside and handed my phone to a nice lady to show me how to cancel my order. And she pressed the cancel button and handed my phone back. That was a cancel button for the current selection, it was not a cancel order button. I did not want to come back again so I called their number, after waiting for about 20 minutes, somebody picked up and said hello hung up the phone. I’m sorry Jollibee, I like your chicken every once in a while but you’ve let me down this time. You can definitely do better….
I went here once months ago and have refused to since, as in I have literally been there with other people a couple times and refused to give the business my money. Ordered a sandwich, it had an ingredient on it which was not listed on the menu, I asked them politely to remake it and I have never been given such a hard time over something like that in my life. They literally looked at and treated me like I was insane for even asking? It legitimately came off as they had no idea how to provide customer service and also couldn’t give a reason as to why they refused to remake it. I hope one less sandwich on your food waste at the end of the night was worth the at least $40 in business you would have gotten if I didn’t have such a bad experience my first time coming here.

We live 40 minutes away and ordered something for pick up and did not check the bag since it was taped. We got home and it’s missing a a whole palabok family and 3 peach mango pie for my mom. I called and they never picked up. I wonder why it fitted in one bag. Please check your order!
