Chicken is great me and my friend ordered from here he got the 3pc with fries they forgot the fries tried calling the store but no answer so I took off a star, also the quencher was delicious but the cup size was to small make it bigger please 🙏🏽 I got the spaghetti with a 2pcs the spaghetti was on the sweet side but not to bad service was exceptional I believe our cashier was kelmira she was great other than that we would really like the fries they forgot our order came up to $38 thank you

When we lived in the San Francisco Bay Area we always planned on checking out a Jollibee because they have a number of locations and are very popular. Since moving here I did not think any were here. My youngest daughter was watching something on Youtube and someone was eating Jollibee food and she started asking about it. It just so happened that I was at the Wheaton mall and noticed a Jollibee nearby. It was a Saturday and it was packed!! I got their signature chicken and spaghetti for the family to try. Yes…Fried chicken and spaghetti. It does not sound like it should go together at a fast food spot. I was disappointed that they were out of spicy chicken and out of the chicken tenders. When I got it home we all tried it and the chicken was really good (nice and crispy). The spaghetti sauce is on the sweeter side which is the reason I think my daughters liked it (I liked it also). I definitely would be back to try the spicy version. The staff was really nice but I am deducting a star for them running out of spicy and tenders.

I ordered two piece chicken with spaghetti to go but got disappointed when i get home theres only spaghetti in the box and no chicken at all. Thats so frustrating! Im so mad! we drove more than half hour to be disappointed much when i got home. Wont ever go back to this one for sure.

My first time here dining in, and they had no tenders or mac and cheese. We ordered a 10 meal deal with three sides (the meal does NOT come with drinks), a spicy chicken sandwich, and 3 cups for drinks. Fried chicken was crispy but not flavorful. It tasted bland. The fries were okay, but they were very stingy. They didn't fill the fry box; it was half empty. They give you a small thing of mashed potatoes and two large things filled with gravy -_-. The chicken sandwich was warm, as if it had been sitting there for a long time. It was disgusting. My kids really wanted to try this place. I had never heard of it before, and it's disappointing that our first and last experience was terrible. I will not be coming back.

Once we got here for our first time with the family we were expecting great food service was great understanding to our order the only thing there was no tenders bummer. Smash potatoes was aight not the best tasting could have put more seasoning into it. We got the 10 piece chicken bucket meal was ok chicken was crunchy but not perfect. Also got a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe but the chicken patty was to warm sauce in the sandwich was ok fresh jalapeño with the lettuce meh. my experience here I wouldn’t come back one time dine is good for me. Til next time wish jollibee the best.
This branch tends to cancel orders on days when they are busy. Not very professional. This is the 3rd time they've canceled on me whenever I ordered on the weekend.

My daughter heard about Jollibee so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the 6 piece basket with two sides and 2 beverages. My daughter had the pineapple drink (which was just ok) for .50 extra, I went with the fountain soda. We chose the fries and mashed potatoes as our sides. The fries were hot and excellent with the gravy (the bum diggity), the mashed potatoes not so much. The chicken was moist and extremely crunchy the only downside was that the chicken was lukewarm and not hot. Their side choices are not healthy and are all heavy and starchy. I guess let’s not even make any pretense of being healthy? Overall very good chicken and fries, my daughter really liked the gravy.

I was there 15 minutes ago, and disappointed with boy if he the manager that wore the whole black outfit . He was so rude and so unprofessional . Just because I asked him to changed 1 of the chicken leg that looked so dry and neat up( need to thrown out) and he had very bad attitude to change the new 1 for me. That sad that i drove here almost 45 minutes to get treated like it.👎🏻

I've been to jollibee in Manila and Palawan....they were good...here I ordered a 3 piece, 2 sides and 2 pies...the sides are all starch..rice, fries or mash potatoes, I got w legs and a small thigh, I waited 14 minutes everyone who came after meant got their before me....and...it's cold...sorry.....last time. Oh and it was 22usd. I don't wantnto condemn them, they just need to have better service, the worker stopped my order 3 times to talk to Uber eats and door dash drivers.
