King Pollo of Silver Spring

We tried to order a delivery, and it was near their closing time. So they had to reject the order, which i completely understand. But they are actively refusing to offer the actual refund of the order despite them never actioning it. Its been 4 days, we have confirmation with our bank and the delivery service that its on the vendor and they are choosing to delay it for their benefit. Be warned! Im sure the food is great but this is stupid.

No flavor on the meat and the beans are below average. Surprised because Latinos are know for that flavor. Disappointed

The food is not bad at all but god the customer service is terrible. The manager is so rude and I speak full Spanish, it can’t be a language thing. People from my country are not this rude. This guy will walk away in the middle of the order and not say a thing. Some manners wouldn’t hurt this place. Or at least hire new staff that don’t act like they’re doing you a favor by charging you for food that YOURE BUYING. Customer service will drive the right customers away and bring the wrong ones in.

I love the rotisserie chicken, and the prices are competitive. But the best part is they don’t charge extra for sauce like some places do—that’s super annoying.

Yummy moist, fall of the bone chicken, potato salad warm and yummy with green beans. Quick service.

1/2 Chicken with 2 Sides was delicious will be returning for more

FILTHY!! This place is disgusting! Get some Clorox wipes and clean up the counters. On top of that, the chicken was super salty and greasy, the veggies were over cooked, and the beans and rice were starchy and overly salty. I don’t want to think about what crawls around that place when the lights go out,

The beef soup tastes good but the servers always choose to put the fatty portions into my bowl. I had to tell the server to remove the 3rd slice because it was all fats!

Great food . I had the Chicken Dinner with 2 sides . Potato salad and coleslaw. Probably the best chicken dinner I've had in a long time. Everything was on point. Service was fast and friendly Clean restaurant. I am highly recommending this place

The pupusas were very bad, the cashier refused to let me put the cylinder and onion in a separate bag to put in the soup later.

Hands down one of the most delicious and friendly restaurants in the area. The Rockville location catered my daughter’s School banquet. It was an easy and friendly process. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Great for takeout. Or special occasions.
