I’m a regular customer of this store, and today I bought some milk teas that tasted bad the flavor was sour, and I’ve never had them taste like that before. I politely approached an old lady and told her that the drinks didn’t taste right, that I just wanted to let her know. I wasn’t asking for a refund or an exchange. However, she started getting upset and giving me attitude. I clarified that I wasn’t arguing, I was just letting her know, but she was very rude and didn’t try to solve anything. Instead of helping, she chose to argue.
Because of her attitude and poor customer service, she lost many customers today.
Don’t buy from this store they sell spoiled products.
And the lady even told me she didn’t care if customers left, so I hope she gets rich selling disgusting stuff.
Terrible service and bad product the worst location ever.
And old lady you need to learn some manners and treat your customers with respect, because you depend on them. With out your customers you are nothing Rude and disrespectful lady.

Bubbles are so hard in the middle, got passion fruit and it wasn’t very tasty. My daughter got strawberry slush and wasn’t that great also. Won’t be buying again

I arrived at this tea shop at 7:45 PM, well within the posted hours (Google says they close at 8 PM), but was told they were not open. No one was at the register, and my presence wasn’t acknowledged until I asked the two people that seem to be cleaning up. I understand restaurants may close kitchens early, but this is a tea stand, not a full-service restaurant, and I would expect them to honor their posted hours. If you’re closing early, that should be reflected online and at the storefront. Disappointing experience and wasted trip to the mall.

Strawberry milk tea advertised to be 5.49 but costed 7.50. This wouldn’t have been much of a problem had it actually tasted somewhat decent. Literally inedible. The payment system was also pretty outdated which is kind of surprising for a mall store.
Not only is this location hidden which makes it extremely hard to find. Came to this location today may 12th 2024 at 3:15 pm. Staff was having a juicy conversation, no one was doing anything, I walked up to the register and they looked at me and turned away…when I said I’m here to pick up an order, my order that I placed 30 mins ago was quickly done in less than a minute , wrong order. I had to just leave in disgust feeling robbed…I left without the drink and will file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.Like if you’re not interested in running this business why keep it open? Why are you happy to take people’s hard earned money and not want to provide service? Why are businesses like this allowed to remain operational? Unbelievable after you try to let them know they gave you the wrong order they give you a reaction of disgust…blatant racism and discrimination was at play here but hey…who cares right?

This Boba place is amazing! Pearls taste good. Sugar and milk content is great quality. But what can I say this Kokee Tea has great employees. Shout out to Joseph for being hard working and helping me with the menu choices!:)
