Had the large Red Bean Wow Bubble Tea which was dairy-free. It came with boba and also red beans. Toppings were generous. Tapioca pearls were good. They also sell other hot food items in store. There are some tables available inside. Plenty of parking spots.

FYI: always ask if they put extra sugar on top of the fruit jam. For example, if you order peach green tea, they put a bit of extra sugar so if you get 0 sugar, it’ll still be perfectly sweet by the peach jam.
