You gotta be kidding me I placed a order on Uber eats for atleast 8 items including beverages and I only got 4 out of what I ordered I’m pissed now I have to drive all the way there to get what I paid for with Uber eats delivery I’m furious right now and not only that there is no way to call anyone and speak to them their phone doesn’t even work it’s out of service. Do you guys not pay attention to the receipt to make sure customers have all that they ordered especially with deliveries

Everything was a poor. They denied my disable client a spoon. Due to me working with a coworker, they didn’t hand me a receipt and because of that, they denied me a spoon. My client was very unset and this is came off ass discrimination to my client with disabilities. I’m very disappointed in the lack of training.

Did not include four orders of fries with my bulk order from mcdonalds app. Went to call to ask for refund on missing food and the phone number doesn't work and is disconnected. Terrible.

Do not come here if you have any late night cravings because not only is it stupidly slow but God forbid if they forget an item instead of reheating it or remaking it they will hand you the item melted or freezing cold. I understand if people are short-staffed but when we tell you in the Drive-Thru 10 minutes prior that they have forgotten the McFlurry in the order and we wait for it and then finally when we receive it it's practically melted instead of just offering to remake it.

Bad service. I haven't been to McDonald's in many months. I ordered chicken nuggets and a cup of water. The water was pink and the staff did not even try to rectify it. All she said was 'this was what came out'. I left the cup there. Never going back.

I asked the manager who was working the cash register at the time, if breakfast was still available and he said no, so I ordered from the lunch menu. While I was waiting for my order another customer came up and asked for breakfast and the manager told him what was available. I went back to him and he changed the order but didn't ring it up again. He just laughed and said it's the same amount.

Ordered one big Mac with cheese. By the time I got to the pay window, paid for my order, waited behind 2 cars to get to the pickup window , at least 5 minutes had passed. I then waited another 3 minutes at the window - I was then asked to move to a parking spot. I asked her how long it would take. 1 minute later she gave me my big Mac. Poor service and management.At least it wasn't cold, though I'm sure it would have been if I waited in the parking spot. I get that fast food is not a good place to work. Who's responsible for such poor planning and service? I hadn't been to a McDonald's in over 4 years. It'll probably be another 4 years before a return to one. McDonald's should find a better system for managing orders.

I concur with the service reviews on here. I was here last Wednesday and ordered a number 6 (filet of fish meal-medium). I should’ve realized the cashier (lady in turquoise) had misheard me when she asked me what sauce I wanted. It wasn’t until I looked down on my receipt that I saw she had put me down for a number 5 (10pc nugget meal). When I went back to her and informed her she said she thought I said number 5. She then told the staff in the kitchen that I wanted a filet of fish. Well that’s fine and dandy but when I asked about the price difference, what I paid, $10.09 vs $9.49 for the filet of fish, she claimed it was only .30 cents difference, that $9.49 was the price for just the sandwich alone. Are you kidding me? Since when?That’s not my only complaint. The fries were mostly tiny end pieces. Never going back there again. Unfortunately there’s no option to give 0 stars so I’m forced to award them 1 that they truly don’t deserve. Don’t go here unless you want to get gypped.

It's been a while since I've been in the United States and I finally ate at McDonald's. This is a small stall in a shopping mall and it looks pretty clean. I ordered French fries, chicken nuggets and a McChicken burger. The French fries are as delicious as ever, and the chicken nuggets are okay. The McChicken burger is not as delicious as the ones in Asia, but McDonald's is really cheap. You can buy it occasionally to satisfy your cravings. .

Super abusive and when you ask for additional sauces, the manager comes out super abusive. And that she doesn't have time to go around giving rooms she says. But that's her job. If she doesn't like the job she has. So why is it there? Today I left that place super disappointed. They have to pay more attention to the managers who work there and also the employees. I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone else.
