Bad service. I haven't been to McDonald's in many months. I ordered chicken nuggets and a cup of water. The water was pink and the staff did not even try to rectify it. All she said was 'this was what came out'. I left the cup there. Never going back.

I asked the manager who was working the cash register at the time, if breakfast was still available and he said no, so I ordered from the lunch menu. While I was waiting for my order another customer came up and asked for breakfast and the manager told him what was available. I went back to him and he changed the order but didn't ring it up again. He just laughed and said it's the same amount.

Ordered one big Mac with cheese. By the time I got to the pay window, paid for my order, waited behind 2 cars to get to the pickup window , at least 5 minutes had passed. I then waited another 3 minutes at the window - I was then asked to move to a parking spot. I asked her how long it would take. 1 minute later she gave me my big Mac. Poor service and management.At least it wasn't cold, though I'm sure it would have been if I waited in the parking spot. I get that fast food is not a good place to work. Who's responsible for such poor planning and service? I hadn't been to a McDonald's in over 4 years. It'll probably be another 4 years before a return to one. McDonald's should find a better system for managing orders.

I concur with the service reviews on here. I was here last Wednesday and ordered a number 6 (filet of fish meal-medium). I should’ve realized the cashier (lady in turquoise) had misheard me when she asked me what sauce I wanted. It wasn’t until I looked down on my receipt that I saw she had put me down for a number 5 (10pc nugget meal). When I went back to her and informed her she said she thought I said number 5. She then told the staff in the kitchen that I wanted a filet of fish. Well that’s fine and dandy but when I asked about the price difference, what I paid, $10.09 vs $9.49 for the filet of fish, she claimed it was only .30 cents difference, that $9.49 was the price for just the sandwich alone. Are you kidding me? Since when?That’s not my only complaint. The fries were mostly tiny end pieces. Never going back there again. Unfortunately there’s no option to give 0 stars so I’m forced to award them 1 that they truly don’t deserve. Don’t go here unless you want to get gypped.

I order my food through Ubereats and the food was over cooked. I ordered steak bagel sandwich and it hard to bite. I won’t order again. Disappointed.

They gave us the wrong order it was very disorganized, they gave us a used napkin, they it seemed as if no one knew what they were doing, they gave out random orders and lastly the food was given in very sloppy manner.

They get one star only because I can't give them zero stars. Ordered and paid for a large fry. Again, I got a large fry box with a medium or small fry I side. This time I said to the worker with the green hair., "This is not a large fry." He pointed to the box and said yes it's a large fry see, see the box. I tried to explain to him that the amount of fries that were in the box was not a large fry and i had indeed PAID for and ordered a large fry. If I wanted a medium fry I would have ordered a medium fry. He shrugged his shoulders and walked to the back leaving me there without my correct order. He never returned. Pictures attached. Horrible service. Got 2 napkins for 3 meals. Not even 1 napkin per meal. Asked for more napkins and was told that that’s what they received. Limited supplies. No excuse! Asked for a cup of water and I was told they don’t have water.

this is the worst McDonald’s i work in the mall and i get the same order almost every morning and manage to mess it up they are completely unprofessional and is horrible
