This is a very disappointing place. Qdoba and Taco Bell are way better and won't upset your stomach.Low quality food, loaded too much meat, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces onto the tacos, quesadillas, and other food items. Your digestion system will be all out of sync after eating here. I don't like how small the tacos have been at these establishments. Having the tacos loaded and being messy and sloppy is too much. Also the beef tasted like dog food and had a weird after taste too it. The steak quesadilla was undercooked and not seasoned well. The workers move too fast like an assembly line and make critical mistakes because not only do they move too fast, but they barely know English.I also don't like the language barrier when trying to purchase food from these places. The employees communicate in Spanish and barely know and communicate in English which is not good at all. There should not be a basic struggle with communicating orders and what is wanted on food. The language barrier at these types of restaurants is highly annoying is just not right. English please!

Got tacos which were below average in every way. Low grade ingredients across the board. Will not return.

I love Moe’s but this location is just a disappointment. Their service stands and food are just not up to par with other Moe’s.

I love Moe’s but for some reason this location just doesn’t know how to roll a burrito. Ive come here a few different times and each time i ordered a home wrecker burrito. Instead of the beautiful burrito i see pictured i essentially get a Rolled up ball. Still delicious but also just messier than it needs to be as filling is just falling out of the ball shape you are trying to keep in tact somehow.SN: i am going there now so if i receive a ball i will update this review with a picture.SN2: i went and got another ball, i included the original photo and a photo of just how big the burrito is after i unsmashed and rerolled properly.

Nothing wrong with this Moe's. I had a Joey bag of donuts and it was everything I expected. Chips weren't the freshest but who cares, I was able to have Moe's without getting in my car and driving elsewhere. Keep in mind that a food court in a mall can make the kind of service that you might expect from a restaurant setting challenging to provide. If you come at a busy time, it will probably be very noisy, you may not have anywhere to sit and eat, and the employees probably won't have time to stop and chat.

I just came from.ordering a large order and when we got home we were missing one of our children's meals. I don't understand give everything else got into the bag except that one item. I ended up having to order elsewhere and my kids had to wait to eat. overall bad experience. the people were nice but our order was incomplete.

A long time Moe's customer at other locations. I'm used to Moe's Monday offering a discounted burrito only option but here they offered it with a soda so not much savings over buying a burrito at full price. Also, the included amount of salsa is just sad, a single small little condiment container and they charge for anything extra. Thanks for a bag of chips but enough salsa to eat 5 of them. Rather make the trip to a different Moe's.

First time ordering from Moe’s never heard of this place. They have a limited menu items the basic for a southwestern restaurant.I had the burrito bowl but it was filled halfway with little rice and toppings. The bowl is so big for the portion so it doesn’t help to make it look like a compete meal. The food quality was okay but nothing that stands out that would make me want to go back.Customer service was good.

I have been a loyal Moe's customer for years. From Alabama to Georgia to Florida to North Carolina to the DMV area. Trust me when I say this location in Wheaton is the absolute worst Moe's I've been too, and it's almost primarily due to the absolute pathetic customer service. There is no reason I should come through on multiple Moe's Mondays and have employees attempt to not honor the special (burrito, chips/salsa, and drink) in some way. Whether that has been through trying to overcharge me and initially refusing to correct the error, or from initially not giving me the drink that comes with the special (even after being directed to the literal Moe's Monday sign behind them that says ALL that comes with the special), I've been incredibly frustrated with this location.I prefer taking the longer drive to the NoMa DC location, because until these folks in Wheaton get themselves and their customer service together, I can't recommend them to anyone who enjoys Moe's or their food.

Havent been in awhile so i thought let me stop by. Worst mistake ever. First neither worker changed gloves, then i ask the one making my burrito to give me half and half of chicken, in which the cashier could clearly over hear. The cashier still charged me for extra protein. Tried to leave a survey but the store number is not correct on the receipt. Overall horrible experience and there is no way in hell ill ever be back to the Wheaton mall location.

Newly opened at the Wheaton Shipping mall. The restaurant is located in the food court upstairs. Liked the quantity and taste of the food. I ordered burritos with meatband lots of veggies and it turned out to be good. Chips and sauces (variety) included with the burritos. Good for the price. Would recommend to others.

The food is disgusting. I ordered a salad bowl with steak. The lettuce was watery like it was thawed out. The steak seemed like it was one of those frozen pre packed meat. I regret ordering my food from this place.

The Moe's Monday deal doesn't include bowls at this location, just burritos.
