The mild flavor chicken with mango lime sauce was not the same as in the past; had very little flavor, the rice was stale and the portion was so small, half the amount as before. Owners must have changed! Will not be going back there anytime soon.
Very disappointing! Another issue is that they request you pay a tip for takeout orders.....

I ordered a meal for 1215 with 45 minutes ahead and the food was not ready for pickup. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food to be ready. What is the point of ordering ahead and your food is not ready for pick up when scheduled.

always getting orders wrong and i don’t understand why their portions get smaller everytime
Soggy fries…. Very small chicken. I get the same meal over and over again so I know what’s it’s suppose to look/taste like. This location is very skimpy. Will stick to the pike and rose location.

I ordered the plainish for my toddler and I feel it's too spicy often but they're really good about quality of food.
The services usually whatever. I'm often times left to get my own high chair.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Nados Peri Peri, which has left me quite disheartened and frustrated. The issues began with the staff, who were unprofessional and rude, talking disrespectfully to us as customers. When we tried to voice our concerns, the situation only got worse.
We approached the manager, hoping for a resolution and expecting a level of professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, the manager displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing our concerns. Instead of listening to us and taking appropriate action, the manager was dismissive and made us feel like our feedback was irrelevant.
Despite our repeated attempts to explain the situation and the unacceptable behavior of the employees, the manager offered no apologies, solutions, or assurance that the issue would be dealt with. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them, which is incredibly disappointing for a business that relies on customer loyalty and word of mouth.
The poor handling of the situation by the manager and the disrespectful behavior of the staff have ensured that I will not be returning to Nados Peri Peri. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant changes to their customer service approach to prevent other customers from experiencing such disregard and unprofessionalism.

I recently visited the Nando's Peri-Peri at Wheaton Plaza Mall and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employees were incredibly rude and displayed very poor body language when interacting with us. It felt like they didn't want to be there and were annoyed by our presence. To make matters worse, when we brought up our concerns to the manager (Julia on Sunday July 28th at 6:00pm) she showed no interest in addressing our issues and made it clear that they didn't care about us as customers. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Advice: take your business elsewhere. Lesson learned

Overall very good food ... but the only person who had the vegetarian version of the chicken bowl, with Haloumi in place of chicken, spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom ? ?

We waited for 45 minutes for a simple order, during which no employee checked on us. The team appear fatigued and disengaged. Despite three new tables being served before us, our order was somehow lost, only noticed after the lengthy wait. We chose to leave without our order being properly refunded. I recommend the evening crew receive additional training to enhance guest service in the future.
