We visited this spot for lunch or dinner while working around the Wharton area. Since moving to Philly, we make it a point to return every year for lunch. Their Watercrest Stir Fry is a must-try, thanks to its tempting garlic aroma and crunchy Watercress. We particularly enjoy their deep-fried Silver Fish and Pork Chop—absolutely tasty. The pork intestines are also outstanding. If you love authentic cuisine, this is a place you should definitely visit.

The szechuan chicken was syrupy and pretty sweet despite being described as spicy. Wasn't spicy at all & flavor was disappointing. The texture of the fried bean curd was lovely, as were the mushrooms, but the other veggies included were an odd, less satisfying array , but not necessarily bad. The method they were cooked was lovely in texture and appearance. The flavor was so unbelievably tasteless and bland I thought that maybe it was a salt-free dish. If I had known...

We ordered Crispy Pork... it was served room temperature. Had to ask the server to warm it up..
No apologies... just microwaved it and handed it back.
We were severed in 3 min... so it was not freshly cooked. It wasn't even warm.
We were there only people in the restaurant... so no excuses.
