I took a basic chicken sandwich. Chicken was so heavy tasted like it was fried for the entire night. It also tasted stale. Overall horrible food. Will never eat at Popeyes ever again.

I purchased a 3 piece meal from Popeyes at Wheaton Mall Never again. The meal was horrible ? the chicken tasted old and refried the price was $18.74 I was Really Disappointed ? so Disappointed by the time I got halfway home I was so Mad ? ? But so Tired and Hungry to go back to get a Refund...They need to shut down this Store. Food tasted okay but I only ate my tenders cause they came out the fryer because the employees were not changing their gloves that looked dirty (even after using the register) and one of them kept touching his mask with his gloves on and never changed them‼️

I recently ordered small nuggets and was told that because they were turning off the fryer in thirteen minutes they wouldn't be able to take my order... I've worked in the food industry for years...I know about oil needing to cool down...but my $ is green as anyone else's... won't be spending any money there again
