It took too long, almost 3 hours for 3 pupusas, it's too long. I placed my order online at 1 pm and it was 3:08 and it still told me that it would arrive in like 20 minutes and you can't wait that long just for 3 pupusas. I don't know if it's a problem with the app or the restaurant, but the person who picked up the food still waited a long time for delivery and nothing.

I had come to visit this place many times but they have lowered the quality too much, I ordered a chicken with slices that was very disgusting, the slices were all so hard that you couldn't even bite them, it felt like they had been fried and frozen and fried again and the chuquilloso chicken was simply a waste of money, I mentioned it to the waitress and paid because I'm not one to bother people but I was really super disappointed.

Pandering and loitering are prevalent here, and needs to be handled by the management immediately, as it is highly inappropriate. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals without being approached or bothered. On three separate visits to this restaurant, I was approached by either a child or a mother seeking something. This is a business, and such behavior should not be tolerated by the staff. Proper training is needed to prevent this from happening, as it creates an uncomfortable dining environment.
That said, the food is outstanding. If you can overlook the slightly rundown ceiling and the issues with pandering and loitering, you’ll likely enjoy the experience. The music is played at a reasonable volume, though it’s surprising they haven’t invested in a streaming service and claimed it as an operating expense to prevent constant advertisements.
In short, the food is excellent, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired.

Today I had the opportunity to be at the business that has opened in Langley Park, and my friend ordered a beef soup and the meat came out looking like it was going to be ruined, that is, it wasn't useful, I ordered a roast breast, the only good thing was the rice, nothing more. Good evening, the pupusas are served on disposable plates and made. They don't make you want to eat as a dog is served food. The truth is, it takes a long time to serve the food and some of the workers are bitter. The only thing I liked. It was the pupusas but not the way they were served. It is appropriate.
Good burritos for a good price. Pupusas and tamales are wonderful too. Usually order through doordash.
