If I call to place the order they make me wait too long to answer my call and if I go to the restaurant it takes a long time and the customer service staff is bad. What a pity that it is like this as if there is no branch manager.

That pupiseria doesn't work, they never answer the cell phone and when you arrive, the service is terrible, they don't serve you well and they bring the food to you within 2 hours ?

Ordered 4 pupusas 1 order of yuca. Total was almost $30 we might have been over charged. The pupusas chicharrón con queso are terrible. We did not finish the food. I don’t not recommend this place

They totally disappointed me with the beef soup ......... It was only water with consome!!!! It seemed that the few vegetables I had had been boiled separately because they had no flavor, the meat that was scarce was very hard and smelled of chuquilla. A good beef soup has cassava, cabbage and this one didn't, it's definitely not good!!!I couldn't complain about the service, they were very friendly and the place was very good, cozy and spacious!What I did like were the scrambled pupusas that I had to order so I wouldn't drink the soup and the delicious Jamaican soda!!!As additional information, there is parking nearby!!

I really love the pupusas they sell in this place as there is a lot of variety and cone in any other place there is some food that is not pleasant like the chicken soup it is really bad but the other foods are good the music is good but many times the They are very loud and you have to shout when you go to eat there with a friend or family.
