I usually take my little ones to the Germantown location, but this one was just a few minutes closer. Bad decision, the bad reviews on here are spot on! We immediately smelled a sewer type smell in this place and like a dummy, I looked past that and got the froyo anyway. Everything just tasted weird. Finally going with my gut, I said eff this and threw all 3 cups in the trash. Pissed because I wasted a free cup from using my points. Very disappointed, don't know how this location is even still standing. No wonder the cashier was wearing a mask in there. This place is by far thee MOST DISGUSTING ice cream/froyo place I've EVER been to. You've been warned. 12/28/2023

First time coming in and last! Worst experience she was more focus closing when they close @9 and she didn't want to take cash because she didn't want to count the draw when it's not even closing time. She was nice but not again

The store smells terrible, I hope the yogurt machines are safe to eat from. When I asked the employee she said its not my problem avoiding talking about it and she blamed the owner.

very bad service because of I’ve been there today April 16, 2023 with my family. The store is not clear a very bad smell and they don’t accept any Apple Pay. They need all the cash. This is a horrible service I don’t recommend this store.

To the owners - do you think you can run the store like this because it's in this neighborhood and NOT provide any fresh natural fruit? Nothing nutritious as a fruit topping??? Nada????? Is that cool? So all of these empty containers that are supposed to have real fruit are totally empty and I asked the young lady if you had any REAL fresh fruit yesterday - she said "well - yesterday there were some strawberries, but they ran out." STOP THIS. And don't act like you just ran out over this weekend because I've been in here before. But this time I'm calling it out. If you run this franchise po business operate it like it is supposed to be run. It's not cool to take advantage of the neighborhood simply because you've got under resourced customers who may not have the resources to call you out. This is not acceptable as a business. Act like you are running it across from the White House or in Chevy Chase. I am going to keep coming back until you do the right thing
