Slow food service...worth the wait delicioso!
First time ordering out. We placed an order for a sancocho w white rice. $16 is a bit much! The sancocho was ok. A bit salty for my taste. $16 bucks worth! Would be interested to know what the dining in experience is like. Is it worth the prices??? We’ll see...
Excelente lugar, lo único la música muy alta!! No dejas conversaciones con las personas!!
Best place to eat Dominican food! Great deals and brunch. Why not be able to enjoy great food with great music! Love it
I order last night through UberEats and the flavor was very good but they did not send my salad. I will call tomorrow to see if they will add it for "free" next time I order.
THE BEST DOMINICAN FOOD IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, GET THE SAMPLE PLATTER, THE NEW YORK STEAK, WHITE RICE SALAD AND BEANS, BANGIN.... I WILL BE BACK, AND THE MUSIC, AND THE SPORTS BAR, AND THE NIGHT CLUB ATMOSPHERE, GREAT ARTIST VENUE.....
The food was great and the music was also great but the server who took our food order was not as friendly. I'm also a Dominican and my people from are very nice and friendly. I really didn't like the way she served me and my family. I hope that the next time I go she doesn't serve. She is a short hair that wears a cap. I didn't see her name.
Try Mofongo De Camarones con salsa roja. Really good! I thought I had to go to Puerto Rico to try this dish again... Nope. Got it here in my back yard. I will be back. Much thanks to my waitress Cindy.
I called to pick up an order of carne guisada, and they gave them pollo guisado instead. On top of that, the portion was really little for the pollo guisado. Me lo pusieron en el jarito de abichuela, una miseria de pollo que tenía más hueso que otra cosa. And on top of that, NO me pusieron my side de abichuela. The food was ok/good. Would of gave them a four If they would took my order right, and been better with the portion del pollo guisado. The empanadas were stacked inside.

If you are Puerto Rican, live in the DMV area, and miss eating mofongo..... This place is for you! Authentic Dominican/Puerto Rican flavors. The place is not easy to find and I'm not gonna lie - it looks a bit shady (had to enter through a back door in the parking lot? looks like a night club of sorts?), but the food was everything I hoped for and service was good.
Solid Dominican restaurant in the area!
The food is excellent. I personally know the owner he’s an amazing person. Always treat people with respect and go above and beyond to make sure the clients are happy
The first local spot that offers decent options for Dominican classic home meals/snacks & a side of tipico music live. The band 809 plays every Sunday and they are fantastic. It's family friendly. It's a day event. To top it all off its free admission.
Real good food and they get some top notch dominican artists.
