Bad customer service ! Couldn't get a straight answer about how late the dinning room stays open and when we called to find out directly found the guy who answered the phone to be rude and then he hung up on our call

From the moment I walked in the Franchise, the crew workers were paying attention too who came in the store rather than how clean the store was the atmosphere was distasteful I immediately lost my appetite when I entered the restaurant the Drive-Thru was completely empty so I decided too go inside I am not sure what kind of service there running I do not have any recommendations

AVOID THIS WENDY'S LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! On March 12, I had the misfortune of visiting this Wendy's location, where I encountered the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered through the drive-thru, but was told to come inside to pick up my order. As I entered the store, I was confronted by a worker who YELLED at me, claiming that he had already handed me my order. I politely corrected him, explaining that he hadn't, but he continued to SCREAM at me, insisting that he had. The situation escalated until another worker intervened, informing the yelling worker that my order was placed online. Only then did he realize his mistake, but instead of apologizing, he proceeded to prepare my order with a bad attitude and a scowl on his face.
The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic human decency displayed by this worker is appalling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, even when mistakes are made.
The staff's behavior is unacceptable, and the management's apparent lack of training and oversight is alarming.
I will never return to this location and will make sure to share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online communities.

I just left. Literally opened my bag and saw this. Not only am I concerned but to add the service was horrible I was at the register while they looked at me for 5 mins and continued to do everything but take my order. The food is also cold… my fries aren’t room temp but actually cold. Lol the worst! I’ll never be back

The Mexican woman in this restaurant is so mean!!! I ordered takeout, but when I went to pick it up, she said I didn't order it!
It says “Open 24h”. I was on the bus at 10:30pm and went off to get food. Turns out it’s only for drive-through and they don’t allow orders for pedestrians.
The sign made me lose my bus and be left without food.

I try to call and they hang up immediete after I try to ask about e coli!!! they just hear my different accent and they hang up!!! I do not appreciate this behaviors and is racism!!!! 😡😡😡

I love Wendy’s but the man that gave me my food was so rude he is always very rude and shouts at the customers from the drive thru and he messed up my order so many times then gets mad he is a very bad worker so rude always shouting every time I come. Also I come at night usually around 10:20pm because I get off work myself and just want to treat myself to a meal but this man is always here I am not one to complain but he is so rude. He doesn’t wear a name tag even though all the other workers do. He is an old man, black, is bald with white stubble on his head and wears a beanie every time I go. Just a rude man. I have worked in food service myself but no matter how upset or angry I was I never acted like that and the manager was right next to him and didn’t say anything. It is clear he doesn’t care and doesn’t mange his workers well. I am very unsatisfied with the service!
