What a horrible experience! First the drive-through person was rude as hell to the point I went into the store. Then the manager shrugged his shoulders like what do you want me to do about it and dismissed me after giving me my food. Only for me to get home and have expired tortilla chips from July and expired salad dressing that’s smelled sour!! I freaking love Wendy’s and it already hard to find one for this mess to happen and be 19$ for a meal that was nasty. Don’t eat here

This is for the drive through. The young African American gentlemen is a true service industry professional and always makes my experience enjoyable. Despite the late hours he is always positive and professional...what a gem!

The place is okay... I just don't like people hanging around begging for money or food. There's a guy I see who be there on a regular begging and staring at you while you're eating. It makes me a little uncomfortable.

This location is uniquely bad. The food tastes as if the grease trap has never been cleaned.

Couldn't get a straight answer about how late the dinning room stays open and when we called to find out directly found the guy who answered the phone to be rude and then he hung up on our call

Asked for Dr pepper and they gave me Barqs... On what planet are those 2 even remotely the same? If you don't have fountain drinks don't list them on you freaking website you LIARS AND THIEVES!

From the moment I walked in the Franchise, the crew workers were paying attention too who came in the store rather than how clean the store was the atmosphere was distasteful I immediately lost my appetite when I entered the restaurant the Drive-Thru was completely empty so I decided too go inside I am not sure what kind of service there running I do not have any recommendations

AVOID THIS WENDY'S LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!
On March 12, I had the misfortune of visiting this Wendy's location, where I encountered the most appalling customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered through the drive-thru, but was told to come inside to pick up my order.
As I entered the store, I was confronted by a worker who YELLED at me, claiming that he had already handed me my order. I politely corrected him, explaining that he hadn't, but he continued to SCREAM at me, insisting that he had.
The situation escalated until another worker intervened, informing the yelling worker that my order was placed online. Only then did he realize his mistake, but instead of apologizing, he proceeded to prepare my order with a bad attitude and a scowl on his face.

The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic human decency displayed by this worker is appalling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, even when mistakes are made.

The staff's behavior is unacceptable, and the management's apparent lack of training and oversight is alarming.

I will never return to this location and will make sure to share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online communities.
