“Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my satisfaction with the dining experience I recently had at Marcos restaurant and to provide a positive review. My husband and I have recently switched to dining at Marcos because of the exceptional service and quality of food we have received. We have found the staff to be friendly and kind, and the food is simply amazing. In particular, we love the bread option with olive dipping which is simply delicious. We recently ordered carry-out from Marcos and something remarkable happened. Our 5-year-old daughter, who is typically a picky eater, tried the pizza and kept eating more slices. This is a huge accomplishment for us, as she rarely eats pizza. We are thrilled that she enjoyed the cheese style pizza so much and we are grateful that Marcos has made a meal that our daughter enjoys. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experiences at Marcos and we will continue to dine there in the future. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful dining experience. “During New Years break, I have eaten at this location at least 1x per day. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and gracious despite there is NO heat in the Lobby or kitchen area. It is currently 30 degrees outside and it feels warmer outside then inside McDonalds!!! The team never complains BUT is obviously in distress. I can only hope the owner is providing things such as foot warmers, body warmers etc to ease the pain of the cold in there. McDonalds- Please have this repaired ASAP- not just for your customers but for all the workers that are forced to work in sub-par conditions!“

“Kolby was wonderful! He went out of his way to accommodate my husband with a corned beef sandwich customized to his liking. The crush drink specials were of good balance, not weak and not too strong. We got to enjoy watching the game & enjoy a few tunes. This was a good pit stop for us!“

“the girl came over and switched places with her coworker and took my order and was very nice prompt knolgable of he job quite outstanding job she did I was having a hard time seeing the minute and she read it for me so great job that's the kind of person I want to work for me.“

“I got a to-go order & the Server/Bartender was on point. It was kind of hard to pull up a menu, so she helped me pick out the top flavors quick & easy for a wing order (my fav). Then upon arrival, I accidently had my card turned off and instead of her coming back telling me how it was denied - she knew what was up ... or atleast gave me the chance vs embarassing me. I just thought that was so sweet how she handled it... kudos. It seems hard to find decent customer service out here these days! She made it seem so easy ❤️“

“Mrs. Theresa was a great help and very attentive! As soon as we walked in, we could see it was pretty busy. Mrs Theresa was on the phone with a customer but immediately made sure we were acknowledged and comfortable. Right after her call, she directed us and our waitress to which booth was ours. Some light conversation with a very kind and knowledgeable local and we were right at home. Thanks for a great dining experience!“

I thought I would give it a try since I seen things on their menu fast food places seemed to stop carrying in alot of places. So glad I did. Staff was professional and the food has been great! Prep area looked clean. Definetly the type of fast food I miss.“

“It's a great place, the Chinese owners barely speak English but it seems we all still are able to understand each other!! Lmfao!!!! But the set out they have is pretty awesome grab your soda when you walk in then your munchie snacks to eat on, then your alcoholic beverage ,, then arrive at the register you got lottery tickets, or miniature shots, candy is usually available at some places.“
