The Leiters' head chef was wonderful to propose an alternate entrée option as to stay in line with our budget- which the guests all LOVED. The service staff at the wedding did a great job attending to the buffet and cleanup throughout the wedding. “We had a small wedding at our house (21 people) and Applause Catering was fabulous! Angie was so great to work with. They brought the food to the house, set it up and left. Everything was amazing! We had roasted herb chicken and sliced roast beef with Au Jus. The meat was so tender. Everyone raved about the food. We will use them again. Highly recommended“
