Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewing

We stopped by Interchange Tiki on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and some fun drinks—such a great experience! The island-inspired decor really set the mood, and the atmosphere was super fun and relaxing. The food was freshly made and full of flavor. We especially loved the Orange Chicken, but everything we tried was great. Awesome drink menu, too! We’ll definitely be back!

Great drinks and great service!

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at the Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewery. We were doing a bikepacking trip on the C&O Canal Towpath Trail. It was about 9:30 PM on 08/14/2025 when we made it to the restaurant. Technically this was after their kitchen had closed. Our host Joey did a fantastic job of helping us secure our bikes and then worked with the kitchen crew to provide some delicious meals even though the kitchen was done serving for the day. I had the Poke Island Bowl . . . delicious! My daughter and I also enjoyed a couple of cocktails. They were to die for . . . especially after riding multiple miles on the C&O that day. We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Special thanks and props to Joey for being an incredible host. Frankly I wish I could give them more like a 10 star rating! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area. Really great staff and atmosphere. Tried some of the house brews and mixed drinks to wash down the poke and old bae island bowls. Everything was delicious. Really hit the spot after a long day biking on the C&O.

Had a bridal party here for my best friend and the staff were so helpful and friendly! The drinks and food were delicious as well. Highly recommend

Randomly googled this place and it was FIRE! Bartender Joey KILLED the drinks. They have “Little Debbie” themed cocktails?!?! Dope. Coming back for food tomorrow 🙃

Horrible customer service. They were dealing with electric issues with their food truck, which I get! HOWEVER, working in customer service and a winery myself, customer service and COMMUNICATION is key. Their rice maker kept shutting off which means they were not able to complete certain food order(s). Instead of communicating that with anyone they just let time keep passing. We finally asked after 45ish minutes of ordering our food and they said it would take 35 more minutes for them to cook the rice, again that should’ve been communicated so we could picked something else … also multiple times there was a line and bartenders were either on their phone OR they walked out back TOGETHER. Not a great experience at all- again I get things happen and are out of control sometimes but COMMUNICATE THAT INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING AN HOUR AND A HALF PASS before a guest brings up the issue.

My new favorite place! Drinks and food were AMAZING! And the bartender was super sweet.

What a fun place! Total beach town vibes. I went for a date night and had a great time. We got the steak nachos and they were delicious. The meat was perfectly seasoned, nice and tender. Great flavors. I had the cherry cordial stout and it was so good. Great deep notes w a lovely cherry finish. We will be back!

Enjoyed every creative cocktail. Got a large variety. Dig the vibes at the Tiki Bar. Food was excellent. Staff was attentive and friendly.

I was on the hunt for a new dining experience, and I can’t believe it took me this long to discover this gem! Tonight marks their 3-year anniversary, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating their 30th! The staff, especially Rachel, was absolutely fantastic—she led us on a thrilling mixology adventure and was super attentive to all our questions.

Now, let’s talk about the food! We ordered the Korean BBQ tacos, and wow, they completely blew me away! The flavors and spices were a vibrant explosion that danced beyond the taco shell. It was a culinary knockout that I won’t forget!
