Amazing! Atmosphere is on point, staff is friendly and super helpful. Every beer we had was delicious. They have such a wide selection, there's really something for everyone! So happy to have found this place, a true gem.

You have to place the order on a computer. The Mai Tai was way strong. The margarita with cherry tasted soapy. The dumplings, the chips with cheese sauce and Korean beef tacos and hamburger with bacon lettuce and tomato were delicious. The decor was cool. The Surf video was fun to watch. The special effects on the wall was fun too.

We had been looking for a good place to stop while traveling through MD and Interchange looked fun, so we decided to come here for lunch. The decor inside is very fun and it does feel like a tiki atmosphere, so they did a good job. We got a flight of their beers and a cocktail and the drinks were bright and tasty and we enjoyed them. We were excited to try the food as well and we got an order of dumplings, a burger topped with crab, and crab fried rice. The food was unfortunately extremely salty and it was to the point where we couldn't finish our meal. It's a shame since the flavors were interesting, but the food is just too salty. Interchange makes good drinks and it can be even better if they improve the food a bit.

STOLE MY MONEYThey charged my card without my consent. I paid cash as I specifically told them I would, but they still billed my card. I called to ask about it, and was told a manager would call me back. No one has yet.They have done this to others as well it seems.I won't be going back unless someone has a good reason this happened AND I get my stolen funds back.

Saw on FB it's the one year anniversary of High Thai'd which is the food truck/kitchen associated with the brewery. We'd been meaning to try it here so anniversary specials were a perfect excuse. We got the crab Rangoon nachos, Thai chicken chili dumplings, and fried rice. Hubs got the 5 Star Lager and I got the Dreamsicle Crush draft cocktail. Both were very good. You order your food and drink inside at the bar. The food is prepared in the food truck sitting outside and brought into you as it's ready. Everything came super quick and was all unique and good. The crab Rangoon nachos were good, but not my favorite so I don't think I'd get those again. The dumplings and fried rice however, were delicious! We definitely will be back because there's a lot of their menu I want to try! The burgers look epic!
Closer to 3.5 stars but I rounded up for potential. The beers are interesting and worth a trip just to try out. The service was good and friendly and the atmosphere was entertaining, especially if you know how wild the idea of a Tiki Bar is for the Williamsport area. But I like the concept as there is no tropically-themed restaurant for a very many miles so, if they continue to focus on that aspect, I think their idea has legs. (I'm sure they're relieved by my opinion, lol). Anyway, the food is their only challenge. I guess they don't have the ability to cook in the venue so they have a food truck outside. The food would have been good, but it came in very cold because of the set-up. I feel like they'll find a way to solve this problem with continued community support though. At least worth a stop to check out the brewery aspect of the joint and maybe you'll have better luck with the food, especially in the warmer months.

Man, if y’all haven’t been here yet you’re missing out! The Goonie burger from High Thai'd food truck was probably the best burger I’ve ever had.
The beers and craft cocktails we had from Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewery were on point as well. The place was super cool, the staff was beyond friendly and even treated Doc man so nicely! We will be back for sure!

This bar charged my card MULTIPLE times and has actively avoided my attempts at fixing this, they have ignored my calls time and time again and I’m feeling very frustrated and annoyed.

Went here for brunch today and it was great. You order at the bar and grab a table or a seat at the bar. The brunch menu is much larger than expected, we got steak & egg tacos and the BELT sandwich. Food arrived quickly and was delicious, thick cut bacon cooked perfectly on the sandwich, had a nice smokey flavor. The beers were also very good, had the Dole Whip sour and the IPA, would order both again. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had.Glad we checked this place out, you will be too.
