I gave this place a second try. The 36th Chamber is the best pizza I’ve had locally.

Gluten free pizza was good. Lil statue was hilarious. I love good food and I love a good pun, this place has it all

Posting the same review here as I did for Cushwa. Been coming here for years and pizza is always good. But, as I was leaving tonight I saw a blasphemous image of Jesus, the Sacred Heart of Christ with a slice of pizza smeared over his face displayed in the Rad Pies window. I am sorry to say as much as I've enjoyed all the different pizzas, as a Christian I won't support this.

I don't get the hype...the pizza was just ok and pricey for the size and skimpy amount of toppings.

Love their food but you have to order off a tablet. This is super inconvenient when you need to make a special request. I tried to sub chicken for red meat on bbq pizza and they removed the shredded pork but forgot to not add the bacon. If you were able to talk to someone while ordered you’d hope these problems would be avoided. Not to mention the only way to do this was to add chicken for $2. I traded pork and bacon for chicken and paid $2 more. So one less topping waited 30mins longer and paid $2 more. If you don’t like their pizzas don’t go. Low communication makes it hard to get what you want.

Dietary restrictions: Customizations are hard since you do not get to talk to an employee. I would avoid this location if you have dietary restrictions.

First and foremost, this place was a very pleasant surprise. Also, it’s important to note Rad Pies is inside of a brewery. It’s not a restaurant and is really not the best place to “dine in” just so you are aware. This place is for drinking beer. The pizza just happens to be here, and in my opinion should be its own establishment away from the brewery. Rad Pies has the potential to be an amazing pizza chain with their excellent pies and selection. Being take out oriented and hidden in a hard to find brewery doesn’t help, but their success is nevertheless a testament to their product. Eating inside the brewery is like having a picnic with paper plates, disposable cutlery and flimsy napkins with beer on tap.

Its location is tucked away and easy to miss but it’s right next to 81 right on the Maryland/West Virginia border. Once you find it it’s in the back of an industrial park. I did have a mild gripe about parking, but whatever.

We had the Rad Pan Pizza. It was amazing. The next time we go here we will try another flavor as they have many great choices; my party was limited due to my dietary restrictions. It was severed as all edge, four square slices which was perfect for Detroit style pizza. Very flavorful. Would 100% get this pizza again.

I have no comments about the brewery (Cushwa) or the beer. They had some cool swag but I’m too broke to buy anything. My party loved the beer, especially this pineapple upside down cake beer/drink that looked like somebody’s urine going through acute renal failure. It was disturbing to look at, but apparently it tasted better than urine.

Parking: The parking lot and area is limited in front of the brewery and Rad Pies. The front of the establishment has picnic tables for outdoor dining and drinking. You may have to walk a bit to reach the entrance if this place is packed.

Kid-friendliness: This is a brewery. It’s not a place for kids. It won’t stop people from bringing their kids, but nothing here is geared towards entertaining children.

I love the pizzas at Rad Pies. They have several very creative pizza choices such as a pizza with barbacoa & flaming hot cheetoh dust, a dill pickle pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza, a Monte Cristo pizza(!!) And many others.

I'm a huge fan of the cheese bread and the Detroit style pan pizzas. I'd eat them every day if I could.

Their merch is super cool as well.

I had their Detroit pizza. Very tasty. A little small for the price. But I would order it again and have one to go.

Wow, not only are their pizzas rad...have you tried their cookies?? Omg! There was a problem with our order and they fixed it immediately and then kindly gave us two of their delicious cookies (which are big enough to feed a small family)! Needless to say they were as amazing as their pizza!!

Tucked away inside Cushwa Brewing, Rad Pies merges the worlds of craft beer and gourmet pizza. My recent Friday lunch visit with two friends proved to be an adventure in flavors that exceeded expectations.

We dove into a trio of pizzas: the Meatball Meltdown, Chimi Neutron, and In Crust We Trust. Each pie was a testament to the creativity and quality Rad Pies offers. The Meatball Meltdown was a hearty delight, perfectly balancing savory meatballs with gooey cheese and a rich sauce that had us swooning. The Chimi Neutron, with its vibrant chimichurri topping, brought a fresh, zesty twist that was both unique and refreshing. Meanwhile, In Crust We Trust showcased a wonderful array of toppings that harmonized beautifully, especially with the hint of truffle cream that elevated each bite.

While we were excited to try both the Detroit-style square pizza and the more traditional round pies, we found ourselves gravitating toward the round offerings. The Detroit-style was undeniably flavorful but felt a bit heavy and cumbersome to eat, making the lighter, more classic pies our favorites of the day.

Pairing these delicious pizzas with Cushwa's cold brews made for a perfect afternoon. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind with friends or enjoy a casual lunch.

Rad Pies is a fantastic addition to the Cushwa Brewing experience. Their innovative toppings and commitment to quality make each pizza a delightful exploration of flavor. For anyone looking for great pizza paired with equally great beer, this spot should definitely be on your list!
