Went to Rad pies a couple weeks ago (march) for the first time on a week night @ 7:30pm. The experience was impersonal. You order at a kiosk (think sheetz) and before paying it prompts you to leave tip on your card (they do not except cash) . Once order is placed you wait for a text to tell you your pizza is ready. You pick up your pizza yourself (no waitress and no personal interaction with an employee) . You pick up your utensils and plates yourself and find a table. We ordered 2 pies. One came out fine and the other came out black. The crust around the burnt pizza was completely black. The pizza tasted burnt. The only flavor my husband could taste was burnt charcoal pizza. My pizza tasted good. No one came around and asked how our dinner was. I can't believe they served it to us that way. Where's quality control? Had we known in advance about their zero interaction we would never have tipped. We paid $31.16 for 2 pies and tip. I think they need to have someone on the floor doing some human interaction and quality control. (like , ask how our pizza is?).

Rad Pies is so good! The pizza is so unique. There are little dollops of ricotta cheese, and one of the pizzas had pistachio. The cheesy bread is soo good too!

Excellent pit stop on our way home from Deep Creek. Pizza was awesome! Pet friendly too! Love that you can order on a iPad like device then pick up your own food when it's ready. It was quick too.

The pizza here was great and I loved the setting. Very comfortable even for the four legged member of our family! We really enjoyed our afternoon!

Good is great. Ordering is done via a tablet. While the inside is nice and industrial, however there is no sound dampening so it gets quite loud making conversation difficult.Great bathrooms.

Our family loves Rad Pies when we are in the area. It's a great spot and between this pizza joint and connected brewery, there's something for everyone.

Tried Cushwa & Rad Pies Taproom. We got the cheese bread with chimichurri, and the Crust We Trust pizza (brick, and mozzarella blend, big a**, pepperoni, cup and char pepperoni, with a pepperoni frico). Both were amazing! The chimi sauce on the bread was super herbaceous and flavorful. The pizza was crispy and flaky and godly. Highly suggest getting a side of Mike’s hot honey. $50 for this plus two sodas and tip.
