My order was done wrong. I was offered to have it fixed but my family was already mostly done eating so I declined. I was told to just get it fixed and eat it later. We weren’t going straight home and I was riding in someone else’s new car so didn’t want to risk a food spill in it. Server blamed the cook, the cook came out and blamed the server. I paid full price for the meal that sat on the table.

Today 12/13/25 6pm ish service was horrible whoever the waitress was tonight should be fired!!! Never in my life at Tony’s has service been horrible until tonight! That waitress deliberately ignored my table for over a hr no drinks no food what so ever but 4 or 5 tables sat after us and got seviced within 20 mins but we sat for over a hr deliberately ignored by that waitress tonight! Should be ashamed then expect a tip afterward after you completely ignored us and had a bad terrible attitude toward us! Terrible terrible waited a hr for chicken tenders and a salad and a stomboli to come out are you kidding me plus no drinks on top of that for 45 mins!!! That waitress should be fired! Bad bad service I ever received at that Tony’s I been going to since like 2010 and it is terrible tonight. Will not be going back for a long long time and promise a manager will be getting contacted first thing tomorrow!! Use to be amazing to go there and eat but now in 2025 I’d rather not return again!

This was a planned stop for lunch while on the C&O towpath. It's not far from the trail & when there are few options this was a welcoming detour. I was happy to get my 2 slices promptly to continue on my trek. There was a small bench outside to sit at. Everything was good...except the bike rack. I was surprised how light & flimsy it was for (I'm guessing) how many cyclists must stop by. It wasn't connected to anything! I don't know the town but my 1st priority when stopping with my bike anywhere is security. My suggestion, invest in a safer, more anti-theft solution so cyclists can lock up gear.
