I seen this store all over my media and was dying to check it out. I went to google and leave it to the negative Nancy’s to leave bad reviews. So I went to check it out myself. When I got there the parking lot was full I couldn’t park anywhere so that spoke volume on my end. When I got there I was welcomed by the two ladies up front they were very helpful with the menu and even told me about their new desserts they had just got in. I ordered a chicken and shrimp cheesesteak with 5 thai chili wings and a blue drink. When I’m telling you all my taste buds were thanking me; that taste was out of this world. Well worth the drive and will be back to try out more.

The food is top tier along with the customer service. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Wonder staff and wonderful food. I’ll be a returning customer for sure. The platters are worth every penny!! And the desserts, the desserts are always changing & I mean that in a good way! Always something new to try, I love it!

I ordered the big boy plater that comes with salmon, shrimp, steak, and a crab cake. The food is mediocre at best. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and had high hopes for this place, but was extremely disappointed. Very poor quality and despite me telling them to cook my steak medium rare; they cooked it to where I felt I was chewing on a boot. Everything on the plate was over cooked. The sauce is overly sweet for no reason, the food lacked flavor. I placed my order on Uber Eats, they charged me $7 extra claiming I “requested a bigger size”. Which I didn’t, my only request was to cook my steak medium rare. I paid a total of $98 for a plate of slop. I should have listened to the reviews. This place played in my face.
I gave the food a 3 because the crab cake was good and the sweet potato cheesecake was delicious The sauce they serve with the rice is too sweet. I also got the honey old bay wings and they tasted burnt with honey and old bay. The passion fruit drink was ok sugar water with fruit. Not sure what all the hype is about.

I would have loved to give this spot a higher rating, being black owned and operated, and in an easy to access area. However, I've only been once and can't see myself going back.
The food itself was just OK. I had the catfish platter that included their special rice with corn and crabmeat, but the sauce that comes included really drowns out the flavor of everything in the platter. The fish itself was underseasoned, and the total cost for 2 meals was through the roof.
The drink I had was delicious, and the service was also great. Food came out quickly, which is a huge plus, but neither myself nor my wife enjoyed our food. She had the shrimp and turkey cheesesteak.
