Worst Chick Fil A in the area. Took my card in the drive through line and then sent me to the window where they couldn't find my order and wanted me to pay again. If this charge doesn't fall off my account I'll be disputing it. 10 mins in line for no food is not the standards you expect at a Chick Fil A. They're running bags of food to people behind me in line while I'm sitting there being asked to wait and given no reason. Not the first problem at this store. Done with it.

Please tell me they are not the real managers ??♀️, the worst. The grilled market salad was lacking blueberries, spinach, romain lettuce, green apples and came with chicken nuggets and not the grilled strips. Both managers were rude and never showed any empathy in my concerns. I was told that the salad ingredients changed to only spring lettuce and that it’s a shortage on blueberries. How am I supposed to know? They are rude and need to go work elsewhere. I need to bring the salad back to receive a replacement or refund ?, I’ll see them tomorrow on their shift with this underwhelming salad.

I ordered a grilled market salad and all I got was some grilled nuggets lettuce and couple pieces of red apples. Shameful. They keep this up and Security Chick-fil-a will be the first to close. Not a happy consumer.

This particular franchise is not good with taking good concise and complete orders. Every time I visit this location my orders are always wrong. I have to double back every time because their staff didn’t pay attention to the orders. I requested no tomatoes on my Cobb salad, I get home to prepare to eat my salad and there are tomatoes on my salad. Mind you I am allergic to tomatoes so this just pissed me off to the third degree.

Edit: I received a call from the store manager who not only was kind, courteous, and respectful, she said she would provide me with a credit for the missing item. I haven't received the credit yet, so my initial rating remains.
I ordered a meal from Chik-Fil-A mobile and was missing an item. I contacted the store to explain about the situation and the young man was short, rude, and offered no remedy to my missing item. I contacted corporate to file a complaint. I won't be returning to this location. They need to retrain their staff.
