I just found out that they are charging an extra .30 for vanilla sweetener in a medium hot coffee. And I didn’t ask for extra, it’s the normal 3 shots that come with that size. I never go to this location because I already know how terribly the food comes out. But I thought, ehh, let me get a coffee real quick. Wrong idea. If you are a Dunkin’ Donuts person, don’t come here for anything. You will be disappointed with everything.

Run away from this place! I went there 2 different times for food. Yesterday wil be my last! The bacon was not cooked/heated well, the cheese never melted and the bagel was like rubber.
I took it back for a refund and they were extremely rude and told me it was nothing they can do about it since I ordered on the app! I slide that mess to them on their counter and told them to eat it!
I will be sure to call customer service on Monday. If you look at most of their reviews. Those are people they know. Not the customers of this community!

This Dunkin location has the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. I have tried it a few times because it’s the closest to my job but after today I’ve realized it’s not me it’s whomever is making the drinks. My drink today was disgusting. Then I couldn’t even call ahead to make someone aware that I will be coming back to get a refund today because apparently the number listed isn’t in service.

I have been going to different Dunkin locations but this one is exceptional. Sahithi went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I tell, boy was I satusfied, I left there wanting to keep coming back to this location. Thank you Sahithi.
Sahithi was such a good and welcoming attendant. This branch is close to me but I really don’t like to go there. But she totally changed my impression. I’ll be back.
