How can you mess up Huevos rancheros? One you mess it up but not having a tortilla or tortilla chips underneath the egg, the egg yolk was cooked solid which isn't right and instead of having the crumbly chorizo they had a teeny piece of chorizo sausage on the side so I would not recommend that dish. The chips and salsa were good and the guacamole service was fine and I didn't have any alcoholic beverages so I can't speak to that. Based on this one experience, I...

I’ve been to this place a few times and ordered the same thing (Birria Quesadilla). The food is decent, definitely not one the best birria quesadilla I’ve had, but it satisfies my craving and it’s very close to my house. The service was okay, but the atmosphere is almost always hostile.
