Very bad service

Gave me raw chicken in my pasta. Disgusting as hell and need to be reported!!

Place is right across the street and food took over an hour and called twice looking for food driver was not even no where near here. Will never order again from this place

Poor service. Gave my food to random guy on the parking lot. Did not care. Did not ask a name. I will never order from them again.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. Not a single employee acknowledged me when I walked in—not even a “we’ll be right with you.” The cook literally made eye contact with me, then looked away like I wasn’t even there. The store looked completely disorganized and unclean, which doesn’t inspire any confidence in the quality of the food. I truly hope someone from management sees this and at least takes the time to clean up the front of the store. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

I ordered a small pizza and 4 wings well done ...well the wings was half done so I called and complained of course so they tell me the put a note in the computer so I called the next day and ask were they gonna replace the wings basically send me 4 wings that was done and not bloody...they tells me if I pay a 3 dollar delivery fee they would send me 4 wings....I DON'T THINK SO...I paid that last night...#theydeflostagoodcustomer....stay away from the wings.....or become a patient at the nearest patient 1st

Ordered a any 8” sub, 14” cheese pizza , fries, can soda combo , this is the 2nd time they forgot my fries and tried telling me it didn’t come with fries and this time really gave me attitude and hung up on me twice. I order from them quite often but not anymore

Not cooked well done enough

Nighttime atmosphere is better than daytime atmosphere due to who may be working, the food comes out nice and always smells good. They make sure you get what you ask for but always check anyway.

Parking: Two areas to park but because of other businesses you may not find easy parking.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered me and my grandson a Jumbo Hamburger with fries and a can of soda. The food was bland, over priced, the customer service was bs. The delivery driver was highly disrespectful....I called back to report the issue the manager or owner whoever he sounded like he was drunk and acted like what I said didn't matter to him. So I would never order from them 40$ is expensive and ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Customer service is terrible. The place is dirty and unorganized. The kitchen looks just as bad. Employees have a terrible attitude. Will never go again nor recommend to my worst enemy.

Their food is generally good, however everytime I ordered they get the order wrong or leave something out. I recently ordered the the jumbo shrimp platter and fried pork chop platter. They grilled the chops instead of frying them and they were over cooked and dry. I ordered macaroni salad as a side which they left out.

Got this food through to good to go, such a great value and they let me take a can soda as well.
