I don’t know what happened this time, but all my medium crabs were horrible out of a dozen and one free dozen. It was only two crabs good out of all those crabs. The crabs were hollow watery inside and very light. It was the weirdest thing I I have experienced at liberty Normally their crabs are heavy and delicious but this time they were empty. Light like paper.

crabs were all watery and mediums looks like extra small. when i called to ask how they were running they lied and said heavy . I got them home and was the complete opposite. They were black fins in the inside and watery and very tiny like dollar crabs . Never again.

I will never in my life come back here. First, I ordered XL Males because that’s what I like and that’s what’s advertised on the board. Waited 25 minutes to be given a bold face lie and Old over cooked Females. He then says we only Have females. It was a simple solution update your board with the type of crabs you have. “Hello” we only have female crabs.

Crabs at Liberty seafood aren't consistently hot and heavy . The sizes of the crabs aren't true to the name. Example a large crab at Liberty seafood is not like a large crab at other seafood places, it's really smaller at Liberty seafood. If they say large they get more money.

I would like to give this place zero stars. The customer service is awful. The person taking orders is very rude. I called ahead to place an order. He hung up on me while I was talking. Then when I called back he says I wasn’t ready to order. I tell him I want large male dozen. I get to the place 45 minutes after I called. He puts in an order for large females. I corrected him and instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong he tells me to wait 20 minutes. Instead I waited 40 minutes for my order while I stood and watched other people get their order before me. When I asked for the manager he lies and says he doesn’t know him and doesn’t have a number for him. Very bad business. And I will NOT be back.

Went there to get crabs. Medium and large females. We went just before closing, and they forgot the large we had to return the next day. They give you a lot, but they seem overcooked and do not have that much difference in size.
The flavor is okay. I just didn't care for the size difference. They were accommodating for the mix-up. Because of that, I would give it a four instead of a three. My daughter and her friend loved them.
I just didn't agree with how close they were in size, and they seemed overcooked.

They are pretty good, the flavors are cool, sometimes their food is not piping hot. It's a hit and miss sometimes but for the most part you can satisfy your crab cravings with liberty seafood. The steamed shrimp are pretty good and the corn is fairly sweet when in season. Crab legs are decent and the seasoning is pretty good and strong. Flavors are there for sure. Out of 10 I'm at a solid 7.5 pushing towards 8 because they are just convenient and don't make excuses. Butter is good and paper is not too expensive. Overall recommended if you want crabs and quick, but don't expect them fast on Friday and Saturday sometimes Sunday the line can be out the door sometimes on the weekends. Call ahead for sure !!

Over price undersized crabs. Was very disappointed with them. We were in town visiting family and decide to pick up some crabs on the way home. Got home and they were small crabs and should have not been sold due to how small they were. Paying 60 dollars for what we order was ridiculous.
