I didn’t get any fixing for my halem. The channa has no salt. The halem is tad bit salty. However the spice is good. Overall it’s okay. For what you spend I’d like better service

I had a very disappointing experience at man o sales to the poor customer service from the owner habib ur rahman I was placing order but the way I was treated left me shocked.
The owner was dismissive and rude when I placing orders been told we can’t take care your order because we are busy Instead of listening or addressing the issue, they were defensive making me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of respect and professionalism, especially from the person in charge of the establishment.
The lack of accountability and courtesy from the owner is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. A sincere apology or a willingness to resolve the issue would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reluctant to return, and I hope the owner reconsiders how they interact with their customers in the future. Not recommend ,

The food is delicious and fresh! Our family made a big order and it was so good that everyone went straight into it (no photos taken) so I highly recommend it! It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it!

The food is not freshly prepared. They just heat up some curry masala, sprinkle cilantro and garlic on top and serve it as if it was just made. God forbid if you decide to criticize their food, they lose all professionalism, just like they will in response to this review. Bottom line - overpriced, not fresh. Go somewhere else.
I m inviting my friends for dinner when we reach there my friends going to wash hands by mistake one friend going to wash hands in ladies bathroom but he didn’t enter but one man sitting close to restaurant entrance he start yelling and threatening us we apologize and said can you calm down but still he insulting us that time they don’t have any customer but he is hyper and frustrated I first see in my life how they treat customer we thinking for call police for him because he crossed limits my friend stop me and said next time we are not coming in this restaurant I leave my experience for local community awareness be careful if you’re going this restaurant late night any thing possible if that person is still there

Beware of their price discrepancies. They show different prices on their website and charge different in store upon pickup. When I asked about this and showed them the website, the girl just smiled and said sorry those website prices were wrong and nothing could be done. I understand that maybe their website was not updated but they should have honored the prices especially when I showed it to them. Anyway, the biryani was decent.

They have poor service. I placed order for Aluu Naan today when I came home and check it was Aloo parathaa. Also she was giving me Raita in hand I asked for plastic bag while I was putting the bag she left bag and Raita box fell down on ground. When I came home I check Raita plastic box was broken and Raita was spilled in plastic bag. After calling the restaurant again she said u have to come to the restaurant and talk to owner she can’t do anything. Not coming to this place with worst customer service.
