I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too upsetting not to share.

When I pulled up to the restaurant, I didn’t park correctly — I was running late and didn’t mean to park outside the lines. As I walked toward the door, a female staff member said something, but it wasn’t clear or loud enough for me to know she was talking to me. I thought she might’ve been speaking to a coworker who was also walking toward the door with inventory, since they were all wearing similar shirts.

Then I heard a man yelling from near the dumpster area. Again, I assumed it was just staff talking amongst each other — I had no idea any of it was directed at me. Even after I got inside to pick up my order, I could still hear the yelling from outside. It was uncomfortable, but I brushed it off thinking it wasn’t my business.

But when I walked back out with my food, that same man — who I later found out is one of the owners — was still yelling, this time clearly at me, and began cursing me out over the way I had parked. I was completely caught off guard and honestly embarrassed. I explained I hadn’t heard what was said earlier or realized anyone was addressing me — otherwise I would’ve gladly moved my car.

Instead of handling it respectfully, this man chose to be loud, aggressive, and unprofessional — all over a parking mistake that could’ve been solved with a calm, direct conversation. I felt disrespected, humiliated, and genuinely hurt by how I was spoken to.

As a paying customer, I didn’t expect to be cursed at and treated so poorly. I will never return here again, and I hope no one else has to be subjected to that kind of hostility. A simple misunderstanding should never be met with that kind of behavior — especially not from an owner and his daughter.

I bought a snowball, with flavors strawberry and coconut. It was shaved ice. The flavors, was so delicious. Prices are reasonable. They sell gelati's, soft ice cream, milkshakes, and all kinds of fixings. It's a family owned business. They been at that location for over 15 yrs. They sell food as well. I will be going back.

Don’t come here if you want a snowball please go to “ one sweet moment “ over east . Imma west girly and baby this was nasty . lol it tasted like water . Idk it was the consistency of the ice as if it was too blended up . The funnel cake was ok long story short we wasted our money !

very pleased with the business food is always great. Never had a problem been going for 37 years.

The lady with the locks at the window is extremely rude! They didn’t open on time they were supposed to open at 9 AM on a Thursday morning. I was the first customer there, and when I walked up to the window, she already had an attitude.

I ordered the egg platter with two eggs, grits, and a breakfast meat, which is listed on the menu as $8.44. She didn’t give me a total she just asked, “Cash or card?” and walked away, then pointed at the card machine for me to pay. Without thinking, I paid. When I got the payment notification, it showed I had been charged $14.

I asked why my meal was $14 when the menu said $8.44, and she immediately got an attitude and said, “That’s what you ordered.” When I looked at the receipt, I saw she had added extra items without asking, and her response was basically, “Oh well, it’s already rung up.”

I then had to wait for the manager to return for a refund. Both the manager and the woman at the window had attitudes simply because I wanted a refund. The manager asked, “Why don’t you still want it? Eggs went up.”

I’m very big on customer service, and I don’t deal with rude people when I’m spending my money. I will never patronize this business again. Unfortunately, this is not the first rude encounter I’ve experienced here.

A new employee mistakenly gave me the wrong order and after she said the issue would be corrected, who i’m assuming is the manager was being rude and misplaced her anger towards me and would not correct the issue saying because we took the food out the window it can not be corrected. When i said what her employee has stated, she started saying disrespectful comments and had a disrespectful demeanor. She also gave me my order not completely fulfilled.

So happy when I revisited my old go to spot for lunch 15 years ago! The food is still good 👍🏽. I will be returning now that I'm back on this side of town! 😆

Love the snowballs here ! It’s like baby powder. The ice cream is so good too they’re very generous with the portion. I love the way the owner hires the youth , to give them a job opportunity! You have to be patient with them because they’re learning

Carry out black owned food good.. Sells funnel cake all year round

I came all the way over here for breakfast and they had nobody here to serve me. I wasted my gas and time. I looked up the time they open and they should’ve been open and they were not.

I literally just called maybe a hour ago to see what time they close they told me 8pm and I called to make sure they was open because last time I came they was closed I thought maybe they switched there hours and the ones posted may have been old I use to come here all the time for snowballs but mainly the funnel cakes they are amazing but now I’m here drove 35 minutes to come and it was 7:40 when I got here and they were already closed when they pacifically
Told me when I called that they was open until 8 I am extremely disappointed & dissatisfied this is my secound time coming here an they was not open gas is not cheap you said you close at 8 when I got here there was no sign of anyone so that mean yall had to close atleast 7:15 cause it was no sign of anyone here when I got here I need to find me a new good funnel cake spot I love yall funnel cakes but I hate waisting my time and gas oh and bad service and this is completely giving all thee above yall have to do better I set & read some of these reviews and you guys are gonna lose out on a lot of buisness if you don’t tighten up maybe that’s why yall open and close when u want because yall are running a lot of the customers away we love good food but good service also comes hand & hand

If I could give this place no stars I would they need to be shut down and never own anything else , they food be cold they take an hour and some minutes to deliver , they don’t be having nothing on the menu, they rude

This will be my last time ordering from this place! Waited an hour for my order, fries cold no salt pepper ketchup like I asked and my cheese steak was soggy!
