On Saturday January 28 2023 at about 3 or 4 pm , I went to get my family cookies, I am a Manager where I’m employed at and let me tell you the young man who worked this day he had dreads in in hair , he has excellent customer service skills, he was working alone but didn’t seem stressed he had a line forming but he gave each customer his undivided attention that they needed the cookies was fresh and good. My son has a peanut allergy and he cleaned off all of his utensils and prepared my son’s cookies. He was great young men like him is what we need in our business . 10 Stars ⭐️ young man thank you ?

I purchased cookies at this location. Upon purchasing the cookies the employee had on gloves. The employee used the same gloves to handle the money. Upon completion of the transaction the employee never changed her gloves and went to the back to make fresh cookies via dough. Very unsanitary establishment. I ended up wasting money.

The ladies that work at the location at Security Square Mall do not wear gloves. That's very concerning especially with covid-19 spreading everywhere. I will not be going back.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I saw rats and mice all over the Cookie's not to long ago. Do not.. I repeat! Do not waste your money here. You'll end up getting something.

This used to be the spot for cookies 6-7 years ago. I would not recommend these cookies as of now. The cookies don't even taste freshly made anymore. I quickly asked for a refund after I took one bite of the Cookie's. The young British man was very respectful and understanding about the situation. However, I definitely won't be coming here anytime soon.. if ever.

The young black girl had a serious ATTITUDE immediately upon taking my order, while I was trying to be polite. Other people have also complained about the poor customer service. Eventually, people will stop going there and a business will fail WITHOUT customers. Attitude for no damn reason
