This used to be a terrific Dunkin but for the last year the quality of the coffee and service has been steadily going down. Orders are wrong, coffee is cold Or tastes burned I will never go back.

Just used the drive through, good quick service. Order was done right.
This store is terrible, while they are nice. Everything else lacks big time. I’ve had this problem a few times here and said I’m no longer coming back, thought I’d give it another try. Everything was served completely cold, ordered mini bagel bites got the wrong ones and then were ice cold this always happens here. Hot chocolate tasted like water. Unfortunately it’s such a big chain people will continue to go and receive below par food.

This goes out to the management. Dunkin’ Donuts needs better management. They have had turnover at this store and their drinks and service have gone down hill. There is no special treatment for people who order ahead and goodluck if you try to get your coffee on Sundays. Dunkin has increased prices and for their quality and service, you might as well go to Starbucks because they know how to mix drinks. They need to do better with training. I can’t take them handing me over a drink they I wait in line for that is not mixed and taste horrible.

They are nice enough, but getting home and seeing a large part of my drink missing or loaded hash browns that aren't loaded really ruins it. I'll be skipping this place, which sucks as it's so close and convenient for me...
To think they thought it was ok to hand me a nowhere near full coffee shows where this place has gone.
