Stopped in at 3:30 in the afternoon and ordered a single coffee. Only car in line and it took 15 minutes. I don’t know how it takes 15 minutes to make a single coffee at a coffee shop. Coffee was made incorrectly and tasted like cleaner. Will never stop at this Dunkin’ again. Go to highs and use their coffee bar.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! I always love coming here. I stop in about once a week and have been doing so since they opened…it was January or February I think, perhaps 2023? I can’t remember but it’s a newer location and I’ve been coming roughly once a week. The staff is the best, they know me and greet me by name and with a smile. They’re so sweet. Once in a while an order is messed up. That just seems to happen anywhere you go, people make mistakes so if you are worried just check your order before leaving. They will fix it if anything is wrong! But usually it’s all perfect and on-time. This is my favorite Dunkin location and I’m always happy to get food or drinks here. The staff is definitely the shining jewel of this place and I just love them.!!! :)
Vegetarian options: Great options for vegetarians and sandwiches are customizable to add/remove things. Not great for vegans though. A bagel with no cream cheese is maybe the only vegan thing you can get. Or a plain English muffin.? Most everything has dairy/egg. Not sure which drinks are vegan.

Just left there. Kiosk for included donuts not available. Ended up taking a donut didn't want because they didn't know how to credit it back. Couldn't find a button to make breakfast sandwich meal deal but since only choice coffee didn't matter. 10min wait although didn't see any other orders come out .One sandwich nicely toasted second croissant burned. Not enough maple sugar bacon to really taste the difference . Waited another 10 minutes for other person with me. Same thing about his sausage again. No other orders going out. Even offered him a donut for the wait. Staff was friendly and mopping floors clean.

My sandwich was burnt. And not a little burnt, but black burnt. The donuts were fresh, but my charcoaled sandwich was such a disappointment. Sad that people think serving this is acceptable. Unfortunately I found this on the drive home so there was no remaking it

Your hours show as 5:30am-7:00pm on Saturdays. This means I should be able to walk in at 6:05 am and get coffee, not pull on the door and find it locked. I don't like drivethrus and won't be forced to use it just because you don't feel like unlocking the door. Any and every business should be fully accessible to customers during OPEN hours. If you can't manage this, change your hours accordingly to when you can be fully open and customers can give you their business and money.

Unfortunatly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Drink was fine, hot bacon was very greasy. We ordered from self serve kiosk, and sat in lobby waiting for our order to come up. For at least 10- 15 min. Finally walked over, turns out our food was made and sitting to the side. Drinks not made. We had to get workers attention. She seemed disinterested in giving us our food and making our drinks. The counter was littered with tickets, no organization. Would not go back.

Both times I went there my experiences were terrible. The first time I order a iced coffee and they gave me a hot. I didn't complain and let it go but this time I went, the drink they gave me had SPOILED milk. Management needs to be changed because the employees clearly don't know what they're doing.

How hard is it to do your job, ordered 2 plain bagels toasted with cream cheese. Got home, 2 bagels toasted with no cream cheese!!
3rd time they have shorted our order. After the second order we called and said we could have a free sandwich. Not the original one we bought but a free one. They said they added our name to a list (apparently they screw up so many orders they have a list). Today we ordered 6 donuts, picture shows 5. I’ve never written a negative review on google before but it’s at the point now where they are stealing from the customers. Double check your order before leaving.

I've given this location 5 TRIES. EVERYTIME. They mess up the food and drink order. Either they don't add the extra espresso I'm charged for or don't add the flavor. Or they don't even give me the right drink. I don't understand how it's this difficult to make an iced latte?? Guess I'll stick to

I went for a drive trough this morning, and there was this Indian girl named Sreya—she was gorgeous, smart, and super polite! Very informative.

Stopped off on our way home. The Iced coffee was okay. Donuts tasted very stale. Did a drive thru pick up for a variety of munchkins. I guess all they had was the powdered. We were upset with how they tasted stale and dry. Ive never had donuts that dry before. They had to have been old..Very disappointed.. Whenever we drive by on 70, we will stop at a Dunkin before or after this location.
