I came here today around 3pm ordered a sub to eat it elsewhere. I was eating and felt something sharp poking me, i end up finding either a piece of glass or a very hard piece of plastic.

The person making sandwiches was rushing me to order when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to try ordering was a little confusing because the person making the sub kept asking if I wanted this or that and I just wanted the sub on the menu and whatever came on it The cheesesteak was not really a cheesesteak it was some microwaved meat that tasted nothing like steak and the cheese also was not real cheese The best part of the sub was the bread I don’t understand how this place is popular and now I know that I won’t be coming back to subway

We got $100 in foot long subs and wraps for our little family get together Sunday afternoon. 100 % dissatisfied, bread was nasty, meat was nasty, didnt really have any cheese, soaked in mayonnaise so bad it was dripping everywhere. The people I had for lunch ALL said no thank you. I ate my steak and cheese, but honestly the meat was really tough and stringy. No one ate, complete waste of $100, threw it in the trash!

The food is good but this is the second visit when the young female clerk was rude. She acts like anything you ask for is a bother, please and thank you are not in her vocabulary. Some training in customer service is in order.

Normally my interactions are good at this location. Tonight I walked up at 8:56 and the doors were locked. The girl cleaning the tables just worded “sorry” through the glass and kept going about closing duties.Look, I get it. You wanna be off on time, so do all of us. I worked in Retail stores for 2 years and 9 months of my life and never ONCE was I allowed to lock the doors before closing time. That’s just basic rules. I tried getting in sooner but I had a personal hold up, either way if closing time is 9, that means it’s 9. Not 8:50, not 8:55, not even 8:58. DOORS LOCK AT 9. SERVICE is refused at 9PM. Not sooner.Do your closing duties earlier that’s all fine and dandy, that’s completely understandable. But the doors shouldn’t be locked and service shouldn’t be refused if it isn’t 9PM. That’s Retail 101, especially Retail food.

Absolutely awful new staff. I placed a mobile order. Came over. They had not started it. I waited 5, then 10, then 15 minutes in line. They still didn’t start the order. These two new employees were moving slower than a sloth. The entire 15 minutes they spent on ONE ORDER. Since my lunch break is only half an hour and they had wasted half of it with no sandwich of mine or even an order slip IN SIGHT, I decided to call it. I spoke to the girls, explained I was on lunch, and I needed my order either started or refunded then and there. They decided refunding the order was the better choice. Which it was not. It infuriated me, wasted my lunch, and now I’ll be going hungry for the rest of the night. Thanks Subway. Real “fast” food.
