Great food! All the years I've been driving through Lisbon, I would have never guessed it was tucked away in the gas station. I was craving pit Turkey, so I googled it and found this place. I'm so glad we stopped in. The. Staff was super sweet and our food was great!!

Ordered full rack of ribs, pupusa, and pit beef at 11:30 am on a Saturday. You know when you leave something in the oven and forget about it for a full extra day? That was the ribs. Driest piece of meat besides beef jerkey that I've ever had. Had to toss 80% of it as inedible. Pit beef was decent (makes a great sandwich). Pupusas were soggy (flopping around), as were the fries. Thr rib was bad enough, but I guess they tried to make up for it with the cornbread...I never knew something could hold as much oil as it did. It was like a sponge soaked with oil. I really didn't want to write this review and probably wouldn't have if it were just 1 thing wrong with the food. Maybe they didn't have food this morning and so they re-cooked everything from the day before? Either way it was unacceptable and not something I was expecting from a place rated 4.7 here. I wanted to like it as a first time customer. As it stands now I can't recommend this place for the food. Service was great, but a restaurant isn't a restaurant without decent food too.

Omg I have been wanting a good chili dog with slaw and these guys did NOT disappoint!!! So good! The amount given too! Wow! Hidden little gem found by accident and so glad we gave it a try!

Clean, polite, happy service. Gas station atmosphere, reasonably priced, juicy chicken sandwich with fresh lettuce & tomato. The brisket sandwich was tasty, a bit on the sweet side, firm and tender meat. Yum! Would do it again.

On a road trip from New England to Texas, we needed to grab a quick bite. Believe the positive reviews on the Grill at Lisbon and don’t let the outside fool you. This is a full grill food service in the back of an independent convenient store, attached to gas station at a country crossroads. One stop shopping, great food, extremely friendly service and memorable, bucolic location. The grill chicken sandwich is an ample portion, cooked perfectly. The smoked turkey sandwich, also grilled, is delicious. All add-ons are fresh. The cooks and service folks are so friendly and attentive. The tables are clean. On our road trips, we search out local eateries for great food and experiences. The Grill at Lisbon is up there for us!

Everything I want out of a gas station mart grill... which is to be BLOWN AWAY by how good the food is and how varied the menu is from a little unsuspecting gas station mart. The Big Daddy burger is a new favorite. I was tempted to give the atmosphere 5 stars because of the grill workers awesome attitudes and smiles and great service... but I didn't want anyone to get the impression that the look of the place is great. It's definitely a grill in a gas-mart. But clean and friendly with amazing food.
