Second time here, thought I'd give it another shot. It's the last time. Oysters were good but they pretty much make themselves. Got the soft shell crab hard fry, there was no soft shell crab to be seen just a fried mess. Onion rings seemed to be breaded in the wrong batter, something cakey not crispy. No refills on the tea probably because the waitress forgot about us, and I had lots of time to write this review waiting on the waitress to bring my check.

The crab soup was absolutely amazing! My coconut shrimp was pretty good. My husband's crabcakes were very delicious. The sides were just OK.Parking: We were there on a Sunday at lunchtime and it was a packed house! They had taken reservations for steamed blue crabs and that probably had a lot to do with it!

So, it is definitely a great restaurant and the food was very good. I was with a group of soccer kids between games of a tournament. We called ahead, and it was 1:00 on a Saturday. They definitely weren't ready for our group. One server was working. I (and many others) tipped her very well. All told, I would go back. The food was good and the portions were generous, but the prices were reasonable. Maybe next time I won't come with a soccer team!

Great food with good portions. Service was fast and professional. We were a party of eight, and each of us was treated extremely well. We camp down the road at Ramblin Pines, but this was our first time here. Definitely will not be our last.

Took the grandkids out last week for dinner. We enjoyed the meal, kids found foods they both loved. We had crab cakes and soft crabs, both were delicious. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. We will be back again.

Have not dined in for a number of years. A bit disappointed. Cream of crab soup very watery, salad straight out of a bag with canned parm & shrimp salad was lots of mayo ( a little too much). Fish sandwich was good! Hope nice visit is better !

Enjoyed a cousin’s lunchtime get together. Food was delicious and plentiful. Lots of seating for large groups. Can be seated around bar or in back room if you prefer tables. Parking available with a couple of handicap spots. Restaurant easy to get to from I-70. I had a huge baked potato and a large side salad. All of us were happy with our meals, service, and price. We’ll certainly visit again.

I get the impression that this place may be circling the drain as their food quality is at best mediocre but their prices are prohibitively expensive. When I say prohibitively expensive, I mean ...laugh out loud, OMG you have got to be joking expensive. The food lacked any real culinary experience to it...just mucked together bar food marked up about 350% under the guise of "it's seafood". Unfortunately, this was a "one and done" experience where we won't be returning in the future. I would caution anyone expecting a cozy hidden jem off the beaten path....rather it's a trap where you're paying thru your 401k just to have an appetizer. There are other, better places that offer more value for your buck than here so my recommendation is to err on the side of caution....and save your money for somewhere else.
