Although i LOVE Arby's....food quality, preparation, and service is sub-par to say the least at the Security Blvd/Rolling Rd location. I live in the area about 10 minutes from this store and would frequent this location often. But after getting home and opening my food....too many times my fries were hard & cold, my sandwich flattened, bun not toasted, chicken tenders hard as rocks as if they had been nuked too long, mozzarella sticks with no marinara (why should you have to ask for that)and my diet dr. Pepper tasted like alka seltzer... so I stopped going to this location. Tonight i rolled the dice and stopped here around 9pm....spent over $25 and the cashier was literally handing my bag out the window before i could pull up to the window to pay. How the heck was this order ready that fast?đŸ€” Because none of what i ordered was cooked to order. I'm DONE! Once again....the same experience with my food & drink. Something tells me that this location wont be here much longer! How is it that i stay away for months and the one night i drive thru....nothing had changed except the higher prices. Do you get decent food if you go inside? Just awful 😖

My 1st time at Arby's. I saw the steak nuggets on the internet and became interested. They are dry, too salty, just plan not good tasting, and the fries were room temperature immediately after purchase đŸ‘ŽđŸŒ. I will not be returning.

I figured I’d grab Arby’s for a quick dinner on the way home, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The cashier barely looked at me and rushed me through the order, only for half of it to be wrong anyway. My sandwich was squashed flat in the wrapper, the roast beef was dry and stringy, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The curly fries, which are supposed to be the highlight, tasted like they’d been fried hours ago—cold, limp, and greasy. To make things worse, the dining area was dirty, with crumbs and spills all over the tables, and the soda machine was out of half the flavors. I ended up tossing most of it in the trash. Honestly, it felt like nobody there cared at all, and it was a total waste of money

I stopped at Arby’s after work because I didn’t feel like cooking, and honestly, I wish I had just gone hungry. The order took forever even though I was the only person in line, and when I finally got it, the sandwich was barely warm and tasted bland. The meat had a weird rubbery texture, like it had been sitting out way too long, and the bun was hard around the edges. My fries were so salty they were almost inedible, and the drink machine was out of ice. The whole place felt grimy—sticky counter, overflowing trash, and tables that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. By the end of it, I just threw half the food away. Definitely not worth the stop.

I decided to give Arby’s another shot after not going for years, and I instantly regretted it. The drive-thru was almost empty, yet I still sat there for ten minutes waiting. When I finally got my food, the bag was greasy and falling apart. My sandwich looked nothing like the picture—thin slices of roast beef slapped onto a dry bun with hardly any sauce. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were cold in the middle, like they were just reheated from yesterday. The worst part? The staff didn’t seem to care at all. No “sorry for the wait,” no effort, nothing. By the time I left, I was more frustrated than fed, and I remembered exactly why I stopped going in the first place.

My family and I was in line for 14 mins waiting on food. I asked the manager can I have a small curly fries for the wait and Lima the manager told me absolutely not. Her manger watch the camera and I would just have to wait. So I’m waiting for this store manager Silva to respond to my email.
